【涂建豐／高雄報導】高雄市長陳菊今日拜訪並邀請深圳市參加2013亞太城市高峰會，深圳市長許勤當面允諾出席，將於9月親自分享深圳的城市發展經驗，同時也感謝台商對深圳經濟的貢獻。陳菊盼雙方加強交流，共創更好的交通條件和觀光合作。
 
陳菊表示，深圳過去10多年來改變許多，城市綠美化成果豐碩，參訪過程令人印象深刻。她說，高市府目前正與高雄港務公司密切合作，加強與亞太地區國際港口的交流，也盼與深圳市有更多往來，尤其是增加小港機場到深圳的直飛航班，讓兩市人民在觀光、經貿上有更深入的交流。
