【林振義／高雄報導】位在高雄成功二路上的台肥第三硝磷工廠，凌晨一點多傳出火警，工廠員工表示：是因為燃料油的管線外洩造成火警，雖然在第一時間已經撲滅，但造成的濃煙在工廠內難以排出，消防隊據報後出動六個分隊前往灌救，無人傷亡，還在排煙中。
