大佳牛雜湯 地址:台北市內湖區康寧路一段108號 營業時間:10:00~20:30 電話02 2792 3193 用餐時間:2013/07 網誌好讀版:http://goo.gl/uWqYrR 有一陣子特想吃牛肉麵的，剛好經過台北內湖 就叫內湖的朋友帶我去吃好吃的牛肉麵 3.jpg 店內超級小的，可能坐不下20人 下午3點多去人是坐滿的，還有人在外面等內用位置 煮麵的區域隔壁，也是超小的一塊區域 朋友點的 乾麵 $50 肉燥像是古早味的香菇肉燥，朋友再加一點辣椒後， 整個把肉燥的香氣味更帶出來了，這樣拌麵很香很好吃 牛肉麵 $120 湯頭屬於清淡的那種，不會讓人覺得油膩，帶一些些的甜味 牛肉的部分，還蠻厚實的，有帶筋的牛肉，肉很軟爛很好吃， 放在嘴裡輕輕含著就會化開了，很讚 麵條是細麵，口感感覺比較綿，沒有那麼Q，但也不會覺得煮的太爛， 覺得太清淡也可以加些酸菜或辣椒，但辣椒不要加太多喔， 我就不小心加太多，辣死我了~~哈哈 朋友說他有時候都會點個乾麵+牛雜湯，說他們家的牛雜湯還不錯~ 所以有去吃的朋友也可以喝看看他們的牛雜湯 餐點:★★★★☆ 服務:★★★★☆ 環境:★★★☆☆ CP值:★★★★☆ 回訪率:★★★★★ 總體給分:★★★★★☆ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.104.13
