楊念祖請辭「高道德」？　段宜康：他老兄較甘願

【綜合報導】國防部長楊念祖才上任6天就引咎辭職，事由為2007年的文章抄襲事件，有媒體以「超高道德標準」形容，民進黨立委段宜康反駁說，「他老兄較甘願」。
 
段宜康今天在臉書中說，「是非還是得有一定的標準。現在輿論似乎頗替楊念祖叫屈；昨天TVBS更不斷用「超高道德標準」形容楊部長。難道身為教授，找槍手寫書，這個槍手還作弊被活逮；身為部長，在 國會面對立委質詢，睜著眼睛說謊，竟可以不必下台」？

段宜康說，「楊念祖不能因為是難得的文人國防部長而得以享有豁免；只是相對其他有著類似情形的閣員，他老兄較『甘願』罷了」。
