老齡化居住需求 醫院周邊房市有撐

【倪浩倫／綜合報導】邁向老齡化社會，退休族群的換屋需求多著重臨近醫療院所；專家表示，家有年長者購屋地點最好能以車程10分鐘抵達醫院較佳。

隨著國人長壽、老齡化的社會結構，退休及銀髮族群的換屋市場不容忽視。有巢氏房屋副總經理劉炳耀表示，年紀大的長輩，可能有慢性病等醫療需求，住家到醫院的距離成為購屋的重要考量，盡量以車程10分鐘可達為限。台灣房屋智庫根據內政部實價登錄資訊，整理出全台主要醫院周邊房價；台北市台大醫院周圍釋出案件稀少，每坪約55.4萬元。新北市新莊區台北醫院和新店區耕莘醫院，平均單價每坪近40萬元。
