柬埔寨大選 反對黨控舞弊多

（法新社金邊28日電） 柬埔寨反對黨指控今天舉行的國會選舉發生大規模舞弊情事，並描述舞弊情況為歷來最糟。

柬埔寨救國黨（Cambodian National RescueParty）發言人告訴法新社：「情況比過去任何選舉都還嚴重。」

這名發言人說，選舉名冊上有許多人姓名不見，數千人因選票遭他人冒用，導致無法投票。他還表示，用來投票的墨水也很輕易就能洗掉。

柬埔寨強人總理洪森（Hun Sen）預料將能勝選，延續28年的執政。這場選舉因反對黨領袖山嵐西（SamRainsy）的參選申請遭駁回而蒙上陰影。

柬埔寨救國黨稍早表示揭發多項舞弊情事，包括數十萬選民姓名遭複製，導致有些人可以投兩次票。

投票監督單位「自由與公平選舉委員會」（Committee for Free and Fair Elections）指控，高達125萬名有投票資格的選民，並未名列在名冊上。

全國選舉委員會否認舞弊情事。

選委會秘書長告訴法新社：「名冊沒有遺漏選民姓名的問題。」
