越南女擅攜女離家　法官見真情判緩刑

【胡守得／台北報導】越南女子黎氏嫁給台灣1名張姓瘖啞男子，婚後與同住一屋簷的大伯相處不睦，常遭欺負，黎氏深怕當時6歲女兒心裡埋上陰影帶返越南，被控略誘、移送被誘人出國境罪，最高法院認為黎氏為子女教養而犯錯，且子女子目前都與她同住，入監恐失照顧，判她緩刑4年確定。
 
判決表示，已取得我國居留權的黎氏，2010年3月，黎氏將女兒交由來台的母親暫帶往越南而觸法，事後並送返家；黎氏雖是外籍配偶，且身涉重罪、經濟弱勢，但事後勇於面對，合法取得兩子女監護權，判其2罪應執行徒刑2年，並考量她入監執行將波及子女照顧，給予緩刑4年。
