沈威志列被告 委律師辯護

陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，洪家律師今天中午表示，542旅旅長沈威志被改列被告；而沈的辯護律師已進入軍檢。

洪家委任律師邱顯智表示，軍檢上午先對沈威志進行偵查庭，經軍檢檢察官訊問後，依刑法妨害職務自由與陸海空軍刑法法條，將沈改列被告。

邱顯智說，因洪家律師團成員分散，會聯絡後處理，靜待雙方律師攻防，但其他進度事證不方便公開。

邱顯智也說，洪家立場一向認為沈威志必須負責任。

沈威志的律師也在下午1時25分進入營區，進行辯護。
