釐清洪案 桃檢首提訊范佐憲

為了釐清陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案中，禁閉室監視器畫面消失，以及是否有涉及擔任地下職棒簽賭組頭，桃園地方法院檢察署今（28）日下午首度約談542旅上士范佐憲。

洪仲丘死亡案中，主導士評會關洪仲丘禁閉的范佐憲，被視為全案關鍵人物。在軍事看守所收押多日後，28日下午2時10分左右，在4名憲兵押解下由一輛休旅車載出軍事看守所，前往桃園地檢署接受檢察官偵訊。

范佐憲穿著軍事看守所藍色制服，已理成平頭，雙手上銬進入桃園地檢署。

桃檢希望藉由提訊范佐憲，釐清禁閉室監視器畫面消失，以及范是否有涉及擔任地下職棒簽賭組頭等情節。
