標題[請益] 美容師不建議去角質?

昨天去了一家新莊很多人推的店做臉 美容師說以前都建議客人一個禮拜去一次角質 現在頂多一個月去一次就很多了 她說因為現在的人皮膚越來越薄也越來越敏感 我自己平常是混合肌，額頭鼻子很容易出油長粉刺，塗保養品也沒有常常過敏 但是她說我的皮膚算薄的，只有皮膚非常厚的人才適合每個禮拜去角質 如果過度去角質皮膚容易乾跟敏感 但是我家裡還有一組倩碧三步驟都八分滿以上 倩碧不是主打洗面膠和潔膚水都有溫和去角質的效果嗎 聽了美容師這樣講我到底該不該繼續使用呢？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.77.165.208
