【洪振生／屏東報導】屏東縣一名37歲女子昨深夜從高雄騎機車返回屏東新埤鄉，途中因機車故障，她獨自牽機車返家時，一名潘姓男子(30歲)酒後騎機車經過假意協助，潘男竟伺機將女子踢下車，並強拖到附近鳳梨園中欲性侵，女子不斷驚呼求救，驚動附近村民持器械圍捕，警民合力將潘嫌制伏帶回。訊後依妨害性自主及公共危險罪嫌送辦
