萌髮566「固未條」　多項商品託播廣告誇大挨罰

【林媛玲／新北報導】「張炯銘給你青春不老，讓你法令紋不見了」新北市衛生局今公布上半年違規化妝品與藥品廣告，有78件違規處分280萬元，其中Dr.張炯銘光鮮淨白淡斑精華液強調能抗皺美白，另萌髮566潘懷宗推薦的洗髮乳能預防掉髮，新歡縮得妙女性私密專用凝膠竟能緊實嫩白促進敏感度。
 
衛生局食品藥物管理科長林冠蓁說，這些產品均已超過核定內容，甚至有誇大療效的效果，已依違反《化妝品衛生管理條例》對代理廣告商處分1至5萬元不等罰款。
