金管會副主委王儷玲25日表示，金管會已要求5家資本適足率(RBC)未達法定標準的5家壽險公司，在7月底前要提出增資計劃，但目前為止還沒有一家提出，若有公司未依期限提出，金管會將會做適當的處理。

此外，對於未來問題保險公司保單將不全額理賠相關措施，王儷玲表示，金管會將在下周公布。至於這項政策提出後，傳出對RBC不佳的壽險公司保單銷售造成負面影響，甚至解約率開始增加，王儷玲則強調，體質不好的壽險公司反而應加速改善，否則會被市場淘汰。

不僅如此，她還強調，這是立法院要求的既定政策，不希望問題保險公司的缺口讓全民買單，監察院也要求金管會要對問題公司，善盡監督之責，這是金管會職責所在，保單不全額理賠這是正確的政策，在推行的過程也會讓民眾了解。

此外，她也提到，保險公司要改善自己的體質，經營者要增資，金管會對於目前RBC未符合200%以上的5家壽險公司，已要求在今年7月底前提出增資計劃，不過，目前為止，還沒有一家提出來。至於這5家壽險公司包括國寶人壽、幸福人壽、朝陽人壽、遠雄人壽及宏泰人壽。

由於期限是至7月底，王儷玲表示，屆時若沒有提出，金管會將會做適當的處理，即便壽險公司提出增資計劃，金管會也會就其增資計劃可行性等進行評估。
