【短片】城管背手避嫌　功夫大叔一招KO

【綜合報導】根據江蘇新聞報導，中國地方執法者城管執法手段常遭公眾詬病，部份城管執法時變得小心翼翼。

江蘇南京日前就發生一名城管看到一位年約60歲男子，將房仲廣告招牌放在街上，城管要將招牌充公時，對方先是口頭抗議， 雙方發生爭執。城管為防被指出手打人，一直將手放在背後。豈料男子突然繞着城管一攬，順勢將對方摔倒，二人衝突過程全被攝影機拍下。

雖然城管表示不會追究打人男子，但會繼續調查違法擺放招牌一事。
