登機遲到還誣指座艙長咆哮　男誹謗判2月

【張欽／台北報導】李姓夫婦去年3月自泰國搭長榮航空返台，登機遲到7分鐘，林姓女座艙長上前了解，李竟叫林女站住並飆罵「妳這是什麼態度」，李妻也嗆「我是蘋果的！」事後李竟上網PO文反指林女「大聲咆哮」、「態度傲慢」，遭林女控告誹謗。

李坦承，去年3月8日分別在背包客棧及奇摩知識等網站上貼文，指長榮座艙長問他為何遲到，不僅態度惡劣，還大聲咆哮，甚至以教訓口吻叫他坐下等，他是在描述事實，否認犯行。台北地院根據在場乘客的證詞等證據，認定座艙長語氣未達大聲咆哮，態度也沒有傲慢，認定李男文章已足以毀損座艙長名譽，依誹謗罪判他2月徒刑，得易科罰金6萬元，全案仍可上訴。
