楊念祖致歉 請大家給國防部機會痛改前非

【王家俊／台北報導】公民1985行動聯盟發動上萬網友包圍國防部要求陸軍下士洪仲丘案真相，國防部副部長楊念祖上午10點6分出面接受陳情書，對於聯盟提出三點訴求，他表示代表國防部同意、接受並簽名，「一定給各位朋友一個交代，請大家給國防部一個機會，大破大立、痛改前非、依法辦案、還原真相。」楊語畢，台下民眾群情激憤，大喊「說到做到」。

聯盟三點訴求，包括桃園地檢署接手偵辦，請國防部與軍檢署配合；證據保全、專業認定已即維護證人安全；維護軍中人權、改善申訴制度等。主辦單位宣稱超過自發網友超過三萬人，創下網路串連即會遊行首例。楊念祖出面回應後，這場9點開始的活動，提前半小時、於10時15分結束。
