購買生前契約　14天內退全額

【李定宇／新北報導】新北市一名老先生日前透過直銷購買生前契約，繳交3期費用9萬多元後無力再繳要求解約，業者依契約規定扣繳百分之20後退還，但老先生認為應退全額，今年5月告上消保官，雙方協商不成立。
 
消保官表示，消費者簽訂生前殯葬服務契約後的14天之內，不附理由反悔解約可退全額。已經超過簽約日後14天，則允許業者扣除最高不逾契約總價20%的費用，以換得行使終止契約的權利。
