偷遊戲光碟貼補家用　男上法治課換緩刑

【劉志原╱台北報導】徐姓男子今年1月間，在台北市光南大批發店竊取「刺客教條3」、「決勝時刻，黑色行動2」、「惡靈古堡5」及「信長之野望天道篇」遊戲光碟，13天後又回到店內故技重施，但這回已被鎖定，店員報警逮人，因徐認罪，被台北地院依竊盜罪判拘役40天，緩刑2年。
 
判決指出，徐男因家境不佳，意圖竊取遊戲光碟變賣後貼補家用，因遭逮捕後已將價值5437元的光碟歸還店家，予緩刑2年。但法官認為，徐男欠缺法治觀念，命令他應接受法治教育課程4次，且若未去上課，緩刑即撤銷。
