應付上級視察 河南狂種「無根樹」

【綜合報導】地方政府再被揭亂搞形象工程，狂種無根樹浪費公帑。

河南省南陽市方城縣廣陽鎮政府為提升形象，以及迎接上級官員視察，去年底栽種近千棵價值約八百元人民幣的香樟樹，惟今年五月仍未發芽，至本月初更全部被拔走。居民更揭發香樟樹並無樹根，批評種樹是政府為討政績的面子工程。鎮政府人員回應稱，樹木枯死為種植季節錯誤所致，遭各地網民狠批無聊滑稽。
