酒空踢消防員LP　沒中判拘50天

【劉志原╱台北報導】郭姓男子今年2月間深夜，在台北市林森北路一家卡拉OK店消費，酒後不慎弄破酒杯並割傷手，廖姓消防隊員到場幫他包紮，郭男竟舉腳踢向廖員胯下，造成廖員腹壁挫傷，台北地院依妨害公務罪判郭拘役50天，可易科罰金5萬元。

案發當天，廖姓消防隊員非常有耐心替郭男包紮止血，但郭不停揮手，廖員即請他不要亂動，否則紗布會脫落，郭男竟一腳踢向廖員下體，還好廖員即時閃躲，只有腹部輕微受傷。
