【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】英國央行（英銀）決議維持基準利率在歷史低點0.5%不變，資產收購目標也維持3750億英鎊不變。
 
會前多數經濟學家已預期，英銀新任總裁卡尼（Mark Carney）在這上任第4天召開的首場決策會上，仍將按兵不動，未來才會逐步推動擴大寬鬆主張。
