【綜合報導】埃及國防部長塞西(Abdel Fattah el Sisi)，發表電視演說宣布軍方版藍圖，表示總統莫西未能達到人民要求，表示莫西不再擁有政權，將由憲法法庭的首席法官暫時接任，組成臨時政府，並宣布將提早舉行國會和總統選舉，並會修改憲法，在選舉舉行之前，將會暫停現有憲法。
