歐洲央行：低利率將維持一段時間 激勵歐股大漲

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】歐洲央行總裁德拉吉今晚在例行利率會議後的記者會上表示，為壓低歐洲國家舉債成本、歐元區經濟復甦，低利率將延長一段時間。
 
歐洲央行今天將基準利率維持0.5%。德拉吉表示，歐洲央行主要利率維持在目前或更低水準，會再延長一段時間；歐元區經濟風險持續處於下行，如果有必要，貨幣政策立場將繼續維持寬鬆。
 
德拉吉談話有利投資人信心，歐洲主要股市今天明顯反彈，德國股市與法國股市大漲近2%。英國股市漲幅更大，一度接近3%。美國股市因為獨立紀念日而休市一日。
