最近買房的感想

我真的覺得~開心就好

其實小弟六月中進場買了人生的第一間房子

買房子之前我兩個月大概看了80間以上的房子

我的感想是,好東西就會有人想要,自然價錢就不怕跌

我曾經發過一篇文,去看的物件在捷運站附近,半小時不到就成交了

不好的物件,你擺再久也賣不出去

想好自己的預算，在預算內尋找自己覺得好的物件,不就好了

管他那些房子開多少,不好的我就沒有要買阿

房價的高低自然會在市場上受到消費者的檢視

賣的不好他自然就會降低了

考慮太多大環境的因素,分析人口紅利,想了10幾個理由說房價會跌

要幹麻?

房價要是真的跌了50%~你就真的敢進場去買嗎?

我房子是自己要住,所以我不在乎附近跌或漲,

況且當時買房你早就應該要挑不錯的物件來買

你自己要去買離捷運站遠的要命,生活機能很差,又是工業區又是電塔,又是福地的

重點是還買的很貴,那你怪誰?
