手機開通被批不便 中華電信允檢討

〔自由時報記者王善嬿／嘉市報導〕郭姓民眾上週五幫未成年的小孩，到神腦門市辦理中華電信學生專案，申購完畢經門市人員告知，須打中華門號手機或市話才能認證，請郭某回家等電話，郭某認為作法不便民、制度僵化，且結果與門市所說不符；神腦門市表示，是依規定辦理。中華電信回應說，因該門市非直營須確認把關，會再檢討流程。

郭某說，由於小孩未成年，須由家長準備雙證件陪同辦理，家長本人到場而且具證件可證明，建議現場撥手機認證開通，門市人員以家長手機門號非中華電信為由拒絕，他回家等候，都沒接到市話，主動撥給中華電信確認卻已經開通，才發現自己手機有未接電話，認為與門市所說不符。

神腦回應，因中華電信規定對未成年者需嚴格把關，一切依規定行事，會與中華電信討論是否能簡化流程。中華電信嘉義營運處表示，因神腦特約，非直營門市，才需與家長聯繫進一步確認，不過一般會先與客戶聯繫確認，再通知客戶臨櫃辦理避免久候，會針對相關流程檢討改進。
