【短片】盲人跌落下水道　警消忙搶救

【潘志偉／新北報導】新北市一名20歲男盲胞，今天下午3時行經中和區時不慎摔落4公尺深下水道，工人發現趕緊報警，警消趕到現場將男子救上來。工人向警方表示，當時在做汙水下水道工程，周圍用圍籬隔起，入口處還用太空包阻擋，工程告一段落後才將太空包搬走，不料20秒不到，該盲男竟走過去且掉落洞內，工人大喊「小心！」還是來不及阻止，所幸盲男僅雙腳擦傷，送醫後無大礙。
