女沒求救還給電話　泰勞性侵同事妻無罪

【綜合報導】泰國籍1名男子(33歲)今年2月初在公司聚餐時，被控性侵同事妻，法官審理，女方當時未求救，事後還與被告用餐、給他手機號碼，有違常情，昨判泰籍男無罪，當庭釋放。

《聯合報》報導，泰籍男2月案發後，被羈押在新竹看守所迄今，昨天聆聽判決，法官諭令當庭釋放，露出笑容；在場聽判的台籍夫婦卻很難接受，將尊重妻子是否上訴，他說，妻子是家庭主婦，性格單純，對人較沒防備，對方可能吃定這點，欺負弱小。
