【短片】軍方流刺網成凶器　17歲高中生毀容

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮高工一名17歲孫姓高二男生，今年1月3日騎單車上學途路經校園旁的軍方營區道路，不料，突然被之前貨車勾落未修復的營區刀片型流刺網割傷右臉及手部，當場血流如注，血染紅腳踏車，許男趕赴學校後由校護幫忙包紮後送門諾醫院治療。

吉安鄉民代表游淑貞說，孫男是單親家庭事後求助無門，軍方卻敷衍了事，沒提供最佳醫療服務，事隔近六個月，孫男臉上仍留下三道傷痕，讓孫男身心受創。孫男今午出面說，臉部傷痕讓心裡很受傷，至今不敢交女友，決定向軍方提出傷害告訴並求償。
