越南發生暴動，外交部印製大批「身分貼紙」給僑民。在「遇馬則反」的世道下，當然遭到網民奚落，甚至還被綠營立委批評，為何不寫「台灣人不是中國人」？

平心而論，事件爆發至今，政府處置並不算差。透過台商組織很快地掌握多數僑民動態，一度失聯者也很快就經由網路尋獲。但是「送貼紙」確有蛇足之嫌。

近日消息顯示，被掠奪的對象，甚至已經擴及日、韓企業，顯示暴動早就超越「反中」，甚至已不僅是「反華」。

在此情況下，在門上大書「我來自台灣」甚至「台灣人非中國人」，難道就可貼符驅鬼，讓趁火打劫者自動轉向？

政府該做的，是利用投資大戶的身分，責成越方加強護僑，包括避免動亂擴大，以及爭取賠償。態度再積極亦不為過，對外可向越方展現立場與壓力，對內也有助凝聚國人認同。

至於送貼紙的「創意」，則太容易令人想起當年「釣魚台主權徵文比賽」的笑話，對於亟待翻轉形象的馬政府，恐怕弊多於利。

中國、越南近日為鑽油平台問題僵持不下，中國人權民運訊息中心昨指出，中國解放軍位於2國邊境的部隊自昨凌晨起，已進入三級戰備狀態。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，中國本月2日將「海洋石油981」鑽油平台，移至中、越2國爭議的南海海域，引發越南不滿，進而引發反中暴動，2國關係也陷入緊張。中國人權民運訊息中心昨指，解放軍位於邊境的部隊已進入三級戰備狀態，但解放軍官網「中國軍網」昨否認這項消息。美軍第七艦隊昨表示，樂見「增加對越南的港口訪問」，言下之意似在為越南撐腰。（胡治言／綜合報導）

昔日的政治金童、前立委羅文嘉自2011年參選民進黨台北市立委初選失利後，就接下水牛出版社擔任社長，並成功打出口碑，從桃園新屋深入台北市大安區，並在台北市的水牛書店創設「學田市集」。

不過今日出刊的《時報周刊》報導，羅文嘉在台北的水牛書店、學田市集因位在住宅區內，違法土地使用分區規定，恐怕將被勒令停業。

南投縣鄭姓男子(22歲)經網路交往2名國中少女，未料其中1名少女(15歲)也劈腿，與另1名男子發生性關係，少女懷孕不知孩子的爸是誰，賴給鄭男，鄭男昨被南投地院法官以妨害性自主罪判刑。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，鄭男去年6月起先後結交2名15歲及14歲少女，分別帶回家發生性關係。去年10月，15歲少女劈腿懷孕，主動告訴父母與鄭男發生性行為，其父母控告鄭男妨害性自主罪，昨判有期徒刑7個月

同一個月，14歲少女也擔心懷孕，帶驗孕棒上學被老師發現，鄭男上周也以同樣罪名被判處有期刑徒1年7個月。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

陳姓男子(31歲)今年至3月中旬，涉冒用身障者網路訂購愛心高鐵票，再到高鐵烏日站大廳，以全票8折轉售賺差價，3月時以現行犯逮捕，依詐欺及偽造文書移送法辦。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，鐵路警察局台中分局指出，陳男先冒用身心殘障友人資料訂購半價車票，再到超商現金取票。鐵路警察局指出，買愛心車票若坐在博愛座，被查票發現須補票甚至處罰，陳男常利用離峰時段，自由座剩餘較多，領票旅客坐在自由座避關注。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

被童顏巨乳女大生控訴涉嫌強吻、襲胸的男模廖舶宇（28歲），昨到警局說明時大喊冤枉，甚至不排除反控對方誣告，對此女大生相當氣憤，並在臉書PO出要求其他被害者一同出面。

受害女大生表示在臉書PO文：「我沒做錯，沒什好怕，不關fb，也沒黑明(名)單誰，反到(倒)是廖男封鎖我。」並在臉書上要求其他受害者一同出面，並PO出與害稱受害者的女性訊息對話，並表示將願意一同赴警局控遭廖舶宇性騷。
