就像所有沒沒無聞的獨立樂團，生活總是苦哈哈，入圍本屆最佳樂團的放客兄弟，回憶山窮水盡的日子，簡直是在比慘：吉他手俊安身上的200元已算富有，團長櫻木戶頭裡的40元也還能買個麵包果腹，主唱小伶最窮時，全身口袋摸盡只有13元，連公車錢都湊不齊。

「我們就是樂團界的KANO，沒有想贏，只想不能輸。」放客兄弟成員共7人，曾擴編到14人，陣仗伸縮自如，時常借調團員給其他樂團，有如樂團界的大型資料庫。放客兄弟2007年成立，去年終於發行首張同名專輯，首登樂壇便獲金曲入圍肯定，他們笑說：「就像是老來得子！」

7位成員大多有主業，國晉是理財專員，見面時還拿出名片「拓展業務」，俊安、國華都在教鼓，年紀最小的香蕉剛畢業，還在人力銀行努力丟履歷；小伶曾是配音員，兼任補習班英文老師，但她高中英文卻爛到被當，「我個性愛面子，越做不到的就硬著頭皮去做。」憑著這股不服輸的性子，前年她幫樂團報名參加網站平台的募款計畫，還寫信給文化部部長龍應台，60天內成功籌資35萬元。

至於奪獎，他們笑笑：「沒有勝算，每位對手都超強。」國晉說：「我姊說如果我們得獎，就要把她的賓士車用5萬元賣我。」完全不看好弟弟拿獎」。

行政院推出自由經濟示範區抽獎活動，只要回答一個問題就有機會抽iPad Mini2，每日前100名可獲得便利商店百元電子禮券。民進黨立委蔡煌瑯今天說，題目詢問「自由經濟示範區對台灣的幫助是？」答案僅「腰圍增加、產值增加、痘痘增加」三項，根本是送分題，用100元想收買民心。

蔡煌瑯表示，行政院推出自由經濟示範區懶人包、抽獎活動，經費合計42萬元，但內容愚民，無聊兼自欺欺人，毫無宣傳成效，是砸錢要收買民眾，對自由經濟示範區的支持，是烏魯木齊的政策。

蔡煌瑯說，民眾想知道的是自由經濟示範區對農業、醫療可能產生的衝擊，會不會影響台灣競爭力，如此砸錢騙讚的宣傳，無法解決民眾對示範區的疑惑。希望行政院嚴肅面對此議題。

大都會日籍投手松坂大輔今先發對海盜表現不佳，投6局爆丟5分，終場海盜以5比2贏球，松坂吞第2敗。
