標題[問題] 低價智慧型手機

基隆／以颱風喻選舉 黃景泰：要做好防颱

基隆市議長黃景泰昨晚表示，參選市長到底的決心沒有任何改變。

國民黨中央敲定國安會諮詢委員謝立功參選基隆市長，基隆市議長黃景泰昨晚表示，參選到底的決心沒有任何改變，並以颱風比喻選舉，「基隆市民要做好防颱準備」。

民進黨參選人林右昌表示，國民黨提名誰都是國民黨的家務事，不予置評，對自己選情保持「審慎樂觀，步步為營」態度。

民進黨基隆市黨部主委蔡適應說，國民黨挑來挑去結果挑了一個與基隆淵源不深的人，證明國民黨是急就章，讓人懷疑國民黨是不是真的會支持謝到底，還是想對黃景泰放水？

對綠營質疑國民黨提名謝立功是「選假的」，國民黨基隆市黨部主委黃原亮說，國民黨一定會打一場光榮的戰役，有信心「藍天依舊」；國民黨推出的人選一定會為基隆市負責，相信選民會有智慧做出判斷。

對國民黨推謝立功取代黃景泰，地方反應兩極，副議長宋瑋莉說，不管空降人選是誰，國民黨只要出來兩個，「民進黨贏的歷史會重演」，建議黨中央慎思。

已對外宣布以無黨籍參選基隆市長的國民黨籍市議員楊石城說，黨中央空降人下來，與民意嚴重脫節，「黨中央可能忘了市長是要民選的」。尊重黨中央決定，但自己仍堅持參選。

市議員呂美玲表示，謝立功形象不錯，只要「有心」最重要，會全力輔選。

馬航死者1/3下落成謎　荷專家：一定要找到

馬航MH17客機疑遭擊落慘劇，目前仍有人體殘肢散落在客機墜落地點。先前烏國叛軍宣稱總共找到282具屍體，另外還發現87具人體殘肢，推測屬於16名乘客。以總數來看，似乎機上298名罹難者都已找到。

但負責接收屍體的荷蘭法醫與專家表示，他們點算列車冷藏櫃中的屍體後發現，總共只有200具屍體。這意味機上另外98名乘員的遺體，下落仍然不明，讓家屬再次受到打擊。

不過荷蘭調查人員堅定表示，「我們一定會努力找到這些死者的遺體，否則絕對不會離開這裡。」

馬航MH17客機墜毀時，許多屍體從天而降，落在當地民宅中。許多居民最初以為是炸彈襲擊，定神一看，才發現是屍體。

英國《太陽報》引述26 歲的蒂普諾夫（IGOR Tipunov）說，他在家中廚房發現一具滿佈灰塵的屍體伏在地上，一隻穿著黑灰色襪子的人腿卡在破爛的屋頂，死者留有短黑頭髮，從腳截肢的地方有鮮血噴出，屍身雙臂明顯折斷。

蒂普諾夫外出查看，發現其他村民也都有類似遭遇。蒂普諾夫與58歲的媽媽向市長通報後，被告知不要隨便亂動屍體。之後的24小時，屍體繼續伏屍廚房，他們就如常在毗連的小屋起居。

如今兩人已匆匆將屋頂修補，並為死者設了一個小神龕擺放鮮花及蠟燭，「雖然我們不知道她是誰，但她很可能是某人心愛的人」。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
