國民黨立委羅淑蕾昨晚在年代新聞台《周末新聞追追追》節目中爆料，指有「葉克膜之父」稱號的無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲「不會開刀、不會看門診、不會裝葉克膜！」講得當時也在節目上的柯文哲辦公室發言人潘建志一臉無奈。
 
潘建志今天在個人臉書回嗆羅淑蕾，「這種亂七八糟的指控，該怎麼回應？」
Q：蕾蕾：柯P不會裝葉克膜。
A：潘醫師：妳自願去給他裝一次就知道他會不會了。

12年國教爭議不斷，台北市長郝龍斌、新北市長朱立倫接連砲轟中央，郝龍斌日前要求由行政院長江宜樺或副院長毛治國出面召開緊急會議，提出解決方案。行政院上週4原本希望由教育部先會商提出解決方案，眼見雙北市長動作頻頻，決定今天下午及週3(20日)都由毛治國出面，聽取各縣市政府的意見。

相關官員指出，這場座談會原本是由教育部長吳思華主持，教育部對明年度入學方式如何實施，抱持開放態度，沒有特定的方向，因此希望了解各縣市政府的看法，並未考慮由江揆或毛治國參與。

不過，因地方對12年國教的反彈聲浪越來越大，官員說，江揆上週5立即指派毛治國親自出馬，參加教育部和地方政府的作談，廣泛聽取和蒐集意見，以便做出政策回應。(徐珮君／台北報導)

高雄氣爆意外英勇殉職的高雄市消防局瑞隆分隊小隊長劉耀文及消防局主任秘書林基澤，將分別在本月18日及24日舉辦公祭，2人大體至今仍未尋獲，救災單位仍持續在2人當初失蹤地點的凱旋和二聖路口挖掘。
 
水利局今天上午表示，該處地點正實施打鋼板樁作業，由於研判2人遺體可能因箱涵破碎卡在箱涵下方，今將配合移動式抽水機抽取箱涵四周的水，再探詢開挖看看，若仍所無獲，今將結束搜尋任務。（石秀華／高雄報導）

新北市板橋區懷德街139巷昨晚9時許，傳出瓦斯漏氣，住戶許先生表示，本來6月間就持續存在的問題，卻遭拖延無人處裡，那時瓦斯公司還表示：「用膠帶封住排水孔就好」，不過經過高雄氣爆與新店民宅瓦斯氣爆的影響，許先生昨日回到家又聞到濃濃瓦斯味，嚇得趕緊再度報警。

警消到場後不敢大意，拉起封鎖線，負責該處瓦斯的新海瓦斯也派人到場查看，最後確認漏氣後才關閉瓦斯管線，今天上午10時許，終於開始把埋設在地下的瓦斯管線開挖，試圖要找到瓦斯漏氣的地點。

該處住戶許先生的太太表示，6月份就通知有瓦斯外洩的狀況，但瓦斯公司的人卻要他們把排水孔蓋住，這樣就不會聞到，實在太誇張。當地里長洪文化表示，最近看到氣爆不斷釀災，昨天又傳出漏氣，擔心氣爆事件重演，趕緊通報相關單位，今天一早10點多就來修，目前要把該處的地下瓦斯管線找處漏氣點，再重新接上明管，解決漏氣問題。（何柏均／新北報導）
