北歐的冰島從上周六(16日)起，短短4天內共發生超過3千次有感地震，其中還有多起強烈地震，當地氣象局已經針對中部巴達本加火山(Bardarbunga)發布二級橙色警報，擔心一旦火山爆發，會噴發出大量的火山灰，嚴重影響飛越領空航班的能見度。

2010年4月，當時冰島埃亞菲亞德拉火山(Eyjafjallajokull)爆發，噴發到高空的大量火山灰導致超過10萬航班航次取消，是歐陸領空從二次世界大戰結束以來最大規模，至少造成15至25億歐元(約台幣598至998億元)的經濟損失。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）

近日「冰桶挑戰」（Ice Bucket Challenge）風潮席捲台灣，政壇、企業家和藝人都紛紛參與，一名尚無得知是真的患者還是看不下去的網友以漸凍人名義發文，嘲諷這個活動到台灣成了「潑水猴戲」，對於這些人的「熱情奔放」他啞口無言。

Tsung-Yung Tang在臉書發文以「我是漸凍人」開頭，他說已漸漸不能動，看似無知覺，但卻清楚地看著台灣人的「潑水猴戲」，他替大家感到寒冷且了無生趣，但卻說不出口。他文中嘲諷一名市長參選人，冰桶潑身後說「涼」、「爽」，暗諷政治人物根本不了解漸凍人的處境，建議他若真的想體驗漸凍人的感覺，應該先被五花大綁，再任由冰水澆，「你才能真正體會寒冰刺骨卻動彈不得，像隻任人宰割的豬仔。」一名企業家指名下位時尚名媛，「不過還等不到她出現，已經有一大堆二流名模等著露奶」，認為活動失焦變質，文字間透露出無奈。

自稱是漸凍人的網友說已啞口無言，「無言以對得像是嘴角漸凍，那倒正好，反正你們也希望我什麼都不說，如同你們看起來的我一樣。」該文發出後10小時已有逾2200人按讚，網友認為言詞一針見血、「被玩成鬧劇也真是一場鬧劇」，還有人為他補上結語「冷漠又無知的人民充斥在我的全身，我是台灣，我也是漸凍人。」（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）

【報你知】ALS漸凍人症
根據國內漸凍人協會資料，肌萎縮性脊髓側索硬化症（Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis，ALS）俗稱「漸凍人症」，是一種因運動神經功能受損，造成肌肉萎縮的罕見疾病。除少數為遺傳性病患外，發病原因不明。發病後全身逐漸癱瘓，約3~5年會變成呼吸衰竭。英國物理學大師霍金即是「漸凍人症」患者，需靠電腦語音合成器與外界溝通。
