「我們公民不服從！」年底九合一選舉明起開放候選人登記參選，一群未滿23歲被選舉權年齡門檻的青年發起「青年佔領政治」行動，將陸續到各地選舉委員會登記參選，若選委會不受理，將提起訴願、行政訴訟、釋憲，呼籲全國重視青年參政權益受損問題，並呼籲立法院盡快啟動修憲。

「青年佔領政治」發起人冼義哲表示，曾參與松菸護樹、反核等多項社會運動，年僅19歲的「護樹正妹」高毅心，明天將到台北市選舉委員會，代表「青年佔領政治」登記台北市士林北投選區市議員。

此外，「青年佔領政治」也號召全台未滿23歲的「登記者」夥伴後天齊聚立法院，表達「大於18我要投票、小於23我要參政」及「修改憲法130條」訴求。

屏東市萬年溪旁民貴二街橋下，今天發現有人浮在水面上，周遭大樓管理員報警後，消防人員到現場救援，撈起婦人後送醫不治，警方將請檢察官相驗，釐清原因。警方今表示，萬年溪沿岸人行步道是婦人每天運動地點，婦人患有腰部疾病，丈夫上午不見太太，騎摩托車外出尋找，正好遇到警消抵達救援。

利比亞民兵武裝組織「利比亞黎明」一名指揮官31日透露，他們已經佔領位於首都的黎波里的美國駐利比亞大使館。這名指揮官表示他們上周起便已進入美國使館，並負責「守衛」美國使館的安全。 　　

針對網路上流傳一段利比亞男子在美國使館游泳池玩耍的影片，美國駐利比亞大使黛博拉鐘斯在社交媒體上回應表示這段影片似乎是在使館住宅區拍攝的。 　　

由於利比亞安全局勢持續惡化，美國7月26日關閉駐利比亞使館並撤離了所有人員。美國國務院表示，關閉駐利比亞使館是暫時的，等利比亞安全局勢好轉後，美國使館人員將重返利比亞。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
