| 阿湯哥5度出《任務》 被辣腿夾緊緊

「阿湯哥」湯姆克魯斯（Tom Cruise）最近緊鑼密鼓拍攝新片《不可能的任務5》（Mission: Impossible 5），他第5度扮演特務「伊森韓特」，劇組上周在維也納歌劇院出外景，只見52歲的他吊鋼絲和女星蕾貝卡弗格森（Rebecca Ferguson）從陽台垂降，特技動作親自上陣，展現矯健身手；30歲的蕾貝卡穿黃色禮服，雙腿緊緊夾住阿湯哥，她的裙擺被風吹起，黑色安全褲走光。
《不可能的任務5》結束維也納外景，上周六移師摩洛哥繼續拍攝，阿湯哥所到之處，受到大批影迷包圍。他當天搭乘BMW轎車抵達外景地，特地搖下車窗和影迷打招呼，親民作風大獲好評。
該片前4集全球吸金逾628億元台幣，第4集狂賣逾208億元台幣，成為阿湯哥的票房代表作，第5集由阿湯哥、傑瑞米雷納、艾力克鮑溫、寶拉派頓等人擔綱，預定明年聖誕節上映。（林慧娟／綜合報導）

幫朋友代問，已查閱精華區跟搜尋「足月」兩字 朋友是月薪制，月薪25K。並無訂定書面契約。 他從7/7開始上班，週休二日，每日上班9.5HR 結果七月份薪水不到15K(已扣除勞健保) 他的老闆告知她，因為不足月，所以用時薪計算。 想請問： 1、可否不足月卻用時薪計算呢？ 前文有大大推文說，有書面依書面、沒書面依約定， 那若兩者都沒有，似乎可以用時薪計算。 請問有法規依據嗎？ 2、正確計算方法是？ 依照前文的推文，可以拿到的薪資應該是25000-6*(25000/30)=應得薪水 ↑7/1~6未上班部分扣掉 可否提供相關的法規依據阿？ 先謝謝大大好心回答了，感激不盡。 再次感謝，祝福都有良好的工作環境跟老闆阿。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.123.218.167 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1409478650.A.5C2.html
