Digital Taipei2014（台北國際數位內容交流會）今開幕，網家（8044）董事長詹宏志詹宏志在兩岸互聯網論壇中再批政府，第3方支付儲值在台灣叫做「吸金」，第3方支付專法在支付功能上雖有進步，但在電子錢包及理財專戶上目前仍做不到，即使專法有彈性條款，但政府如果沒有更強的管理方向或新的態度是不容易做到。
 
詹宏志在論壇中說明網路及電子商務發展現況及未來，其中，包括網路行為的新數據、論支付功能、理財、貸款、保險及雲端銀行等。
 
會後詹宏志表示，台灣行部門很努力推動第3方支付專法，提出3大開放方向，包括網路及電子商務可以支付及儲值等，是很有意義的事，代表有進步，但第3方支付對應全球千變萬化的市場嫌不足，彈性空間很少，例如中國的餘額寶及財付通能做的電子錢包、理財專戶，目前台灣做不到。
 
針對第3方支付專法中的彈性條款，授權金管會可對於國際第3方支付的最新應用盡量讓國內業者也可以做，但詹宏志說，按以往的經驗是不容易的，如果政府沒有更強的管理方向及更新的態度，是不太容易做到。
 
另外，智冠（5478）董事長王俊博在開幕時指出，台灣遊戲在競爭上仍有優勢，例如智冠、網龍等IP，可以與中國及全球的遊戲廠合作，加上台灣有優秀的人才，歡迎兩岸業者合作及交流。
 
他說，中國擁有廣大的市場及遊戲產能，而台灣有優秀的人才及IP，台灣不可能放棄中國市場，因歡迎兩岸業者進一步合作。而台灣遊戲產業雖「年年難過，年年過」，面對挑戰要保持樂觀，也希望政府能助一臂之力，台灣遊戲產業還是會有很大的前途。（蕭文康／台北報導）

國際市場最新報價，上週美國貨櫃廢鋼每公噸小漲3美元，為353美元；日本2H廢鋼上週每公噸小跌1美元，為364美元；美國大船廢鋼上週平盤，每公噸383美元。

豐興表示，國際報價沒有太大的變動，至多貨櫃廢鋼小漲3美元，豐興考量下游客戶競爭力，暫維持報價不動。

至於 1個月開一次盤的各式棒鋼部份，豐興指出，9月新盤價每公噸全數下跌新台幣200元，主要是棒鋼大廠率先對9月出貨的客戶每公噸降價300元，豐興決定回饋下游客戶。

近期國際鐵礦砂價格走低，每公噸約85美元到87.5美元間震盪，但貨櫃廢鋼與鐵礦砂價格牽連不大，上週反而小漲3美元，豐興將密切注意價格走勢。

另外，時序接近9月底夏季電價的結束期，豐興已完成旗下各鋼廠歲修，目前僅型鋼廠仍在歲修中，預計10月起各廠全能生產。(中央社)

台鐵今天又傳出意外，在今(10)天上午，3134次區間車(屏東開往斗六)08時08分屏東=九曲堂間西正線發生死傷事故，經路警蒐證處理後，於8時55分放行，因處理屍塊西線封鎖至9時22分恢復雙線行車(時速10公里慢行)。
