中國湖南42歲歌廳跑場男歌手周友平，涉嫌先後在多間酒店及旅館，玩SM同性性虐遊戲，導致6名男子死亡，3年前被控觸犯故意殺人罪判處死刑，至日前終於遭處決。

據中國《瀟湘晨報》報導，周友平從2009年9月起在一個同性戀網站密集發帖，徵求玩窒息性愛的對象。他開出的條件是，年齡在23歲到40歲之間，且是高大壯碩的北方男性，必須敢玩上吊式窒息性愛。他宣稱能提供對方生活開支，還能幫忙找工作，優渥的條件吸引8名同志應徵。周友平表示，他深知這個「遊戲」的危險性，所以自己從來不一起玩上吊，卻喜歡看著對方玩，滿足了自己的慾望後，就轉身離去。

2009年10月11日，周男首先約了一名身高180公分、體重90公斤的壯碩男子在當地一家賓館見面，要求對方全裸玩上吊，豈料對方窒息死亡，周男卻沒有施救自行離去。12天後，周友平又約了一名男子在另一家賓館見面，要求對方上身赤裸、下半身僅著內褲玩上吊，又造成對方不慎死亡。直到11月26日，他以同樣手法陸續約出好幾名同志到賓館玩上吊，共造成6人不慎死亡，只有2人安然無事。

法院認為，周男蒙騙死者自願上吊，見對方有生命危險後，卻不施救自行離去，任憑對方死亡，其行為已構成故意殺人罪，一審重判死刑。周男曾供稱，上吊用的繩子都是死者自己帶來的，而且繩子綁得不是很高，「他們可以自己下來」，堅稱自己無罪。（施旖婕／綜合報導）

美國印第安納州發生恐怖食人案。33歲男子奧伯漢斯李(Joseph Oberhansley)趁保釋期間潛入女友家中，將女友殺害，並吃掉部份心臟、肺臟和腦袋，警方事後將他逮捕。

據美國《赫芬頓郵報》報導，奧伯漢斯李上周四潛入46歲女友布蘭頓(Tammy Jo Blanton)家中後，將她殺害。警方到場後發現女死者倒臥浴室，頭部、頸部和身體有多處致命傷，並於屋內發現一只血淋淋的盤子，上面裝有骨頭，廚具都染滿血跡。奧伯漢斯李承認烹煮死者的腦袋，並吃下內臟，警方以謀殺、虐待屍體和擅闖民居等罪名逮捕他。

案件日前開審，但奧伯漢斯李否認所有控罪，又聲稱警方逮錯人了。奧伯漢斯李1998年殺死另一名17歲女友愛爾德(Sabrina Elder)坐牢，2012年才出獄。他兩周前涉嫌襲擊一名男子被捕，獲准以500美元(約新台幣15000元)保釋候審。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）

餿水油竄全台，衛福部食品藥物管理署昨表示，原料流向將納管，今進一步說明，食用油脂業將於下月31日起率先納入食品追蹤溯源系統管理，預計納入的油脂製造工廠約100家，及原料油輸入業者約500家，業者應將供應鏈的上下游資料，包括原料油輸入國、證明文件、數量和流向等，以書面或電子化方式完整保存紀錄、備查，資料不實者依《食品安全衛生管理法》處3萬～300萬元，情節重大得廢止公司、工廠登記。

食藥署已預告將肉類加工、乳品加工、水產品、餐盒業、食品添加物業、基因改造食品原料業、應標示基改食品、標示非基改食品等8大類業者，明年2月5日起分階段建立食品溯源系統，原研議公告將油脂業納為第9類溯源管理的業別，因食油讓全民不安心，食藥署擬下月提前啟動油脂業溯源管理。

衛福部食品藥物管理署今公布最新稽查結果，至今晚7時止，新增太子油飯、大甲裕珍馨等名店食品淪陷，品項從昨天的133項增為183項，迄今連同全統香豬油在內，下架回收的違規產品數量逾370噸，其中12.3噸已銷毀。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
