行政院長江宜樺說，為了強化食安，政府將建立「食品雲」制度，能快速查明原料來源、下游去向；此外，透過「三級品管」制度將從業主自主、公正第三方驗證以及政府抽驗，來確保食品合乎安全。

江宜樺在第四次食安會議後舉行記者會指出，三級品管制度將要求業者自主檢驗制度，食用油業者今年10月底實施，另有五大業者在今年底實施。第二級是公正第三方的的驗證，明年起，食用油業者將強制接受第三方的驗證。

第三級是政府的抽驗，江宜樺表示，未來將強化人力、經費以及設備投入查核工作。食用油業者優先納入規範。

為快速掌握食品的上游與去向，將建立「食品雲」。江宜樺說，將要求食品業者一律使用電子發票。這麼一來，平時上網就可知道食品的營養成分、原料等資訊時。一旦出事，將可以幾分鐘或幾小時內查出業者產品的確切流向。江宜樺說，這些巨量資料庫也可成食藥署觀察異樣的有利工具。

江宜樺說，食用油品業將在今年10月底實施，其餘八大類產品包括生鮮、乳製品將在明年2月5日實施。澱粉、黃豆與原料將在明年7月起實施。其餘食品依風險程度在明年分階段實施。

PTT上面和一些部落格 有些大大 是抱持的純好心的態度 將自己用的產品 餐廳做介紹 我們才不會 多花錢買的不合用的東西 或吃到不好吃的餐廳店家 時間久了 有些格主 轉型成全職或兼職業配 昧著良心介紹產品 態度很差-->老闆話不多 但很用心的製造產品 牛肉煮沒爛-->真的好Q 好彈牙 味道太淡-->適合清爽的人食用 味道太鹹-->老闆不惜重本 放了很多食材下去熬煮 味道非常濃郁 品嘗之時最好搭配 鎮店的酸梅湯 最適合 讓我想到 以前出去外面 尤其是外縣市 不知道當地有什麼好吃 就會上PTT的地區版爬文 結果遇到大地雷 大家罵得要死 記得有一個爬文看到一間紅豆餅 文章提到可以吃到粒粒分明的紅豆 餅皮很厚很綿密 讓我晚上看到口水直流 隔天特地繞路跑去買 結果...所謂的粒粒分明的紅豆就是紅豆煮沒透 可以吃到很重的豆土味 餅皮很厚很綿密 就是一整個在吃沒有味道的麵粉皮 不像外面紅豆餅 餅皮像鬆餅一樣 有一點點甜味 和蛋香味 剛剛 看到某一篇食記好像就是很明顯的葉佩文 推文或回文 格主又射後不理 專門介紹地雷食記 不知道在高雄版 有哪些ID的食記文 是專門的葉佩文和地雷文 以後找食記的時候可以跳過他門 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.121.2.227 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Kaohsiung/M.1410879481.A.D47.html

藝人小Ｓ代言塑身衣的維娜斯公司與隋棠代言的「瑪麗蓮」塑身衣糾紛不斷，維娜斯去年9月2度派員工假扮顧客，到對手瑪麗蓮桃園、台中店試穿並錄音蒐證，發覺瑪麗蓮的店員竟拿出維娜斯塑身衣供消費者比較，並攻擊維娜斯塑身衣，事後維娜斯怒控瑪麗蓮老闆呂志強及張姓、袁姓員工誹謗及違反《公平交易法》，但北檢勘驗錄音，認為張、袁僅就兩公司產品外觀、材質、版型等提出主觀意見，沒惡意評論，今將3人不起訴。

瑪麗蓮公司得知獲不起訴，回應：「很高興地檢署還我們清白。」
 
維娜斯公司則透過律師發表聲明：「關於瑪麗蓮公司員工趁於門市間推銷之機會，惡意散佈不實言論侵害本公司商譽等事實，本公司本於絕不姑息違法之信念，對相關人士提出告訴，此案偵查結果本公司甚感遺憾，將於接獲書類後依法處理。」
 
維娜斯聲明中並提及，瑪麗蓮公司及其負責人涉嫌侵害維娜斯「推推指」商標案，已遭檢方起訴，目前於台北地院審理中，盼司法展現公義，嚴懲不法。 

瑪麗蓮張姓員工出庭堅稱，常有客人詢問瑪麗蓮、維娜斯塑身衣差異，她才拿出來讓客人比較材質。袁姓員工也稱，另有其他品牌塑身衣可讓顧客比較差異，且公司僅教她們說明自家產品，沒要她們說明其他業者產品。
 
檢方勘驗維娜斯員工假扮顧客消費的錄音，發覺維娜斯員工均先向瑪麗蓮公司員工宣稱，友人穿過兩公司的塑身衣，瑪麗蓮的員工才拿出兩公司的塑身衣供消費者比較，並讓顧客親自比較、觸摸，並就材質、版型、產地証明等一一比較、說明，評論也無詆毀對方公司名譽。（賴又嘉／台北報導）

以蔥油派聞名的義豐食品公司羅東門市部，染餿後為重新出發及回饋消費者，今下午3時起，在門市以兩個煎鍋陸續提供1000個現煎的蔥油派（1個35元），讓民眾免費品嚐，送完為止。
 
門市店長林献崇說：「染餿，我也有責任，對油品的把關有疏忽，我有對客人有愧究」，雖然業績少了4成，但過去就過去了，重新出發並回饋消費者，台灣加油。
 
義豐蔥油派羅東門市今天1天免費送派，今下午3時開店時，客人就排了約50公尺近百人，不知免費送的紀小姐說：「我本來是要來買的，算是賺到了」。當場吃派的陳先生說：很好吃、很好吃，廠商回饋作為算是有人情味。
 
強冠再被爆工業用豬油時，義豐蔥油派公司自主通報，今年3月中旬1次進50桶全統精清芳油（每桶18公斤），用在羅東鎮門市現場煎派之用，4月底油用光了。另宅配蔥油派的義豐廠，宜蘭衛生局經查的是用正義豬肉。（游芳男／宜蘭報導）

OPEC考慮調降明年原油產量目標，激勵國際油價大漲，紐約西德州原油期貨價周二終場漲逾2%，收2周高點94.88美元，今天仍支撐在94美元以上，倫敦布蘭特原油期貨價周二同步走強，強彈1.2%，持續近逼100美元大關。

牽動全球油價走勢的OPEC（Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries，石油輸出國家組織）將於11月27日舉行會議，商討明年的產量政策。

OPEC秘書長巴德里（Abdalla el-Badri）提前釋出削減產量訊息，預告明年每日原油產量目標可能減少50萬桶至2950萬桶，為OPEC自2008年以來首度減產。

近來油價急跌，市場已臆測OPEC可能採取減產行動以支撐價格，巴德里的發言則是OPEC官方首度證實有減產計劃（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
