　　《Bloomberg》報導，最新彭博消費者舒適指數顯示，儘管美國經濟數據持續改善，但越來越少美國人感受到經濟復甦，因為美國平均薪資並沒有跟著快速成長。

九月份彭博消費者舒適指數下跌至 41.5，創 2013 年十月以來最低紀錄。

去年十月份受美國政府關門影響，該指數明顯下滑。

彭博所作民調亦顯示，僅有 20%的受訪民眾認為美國經濟確實有改善，消費者依舊對美國整體經濟缺乏信心。

截至今年八月為止，前 12 個月美國平均時新僅上漲 2.1%，接近過去六年平均水準，亦只比目前通膨率高一點點，顯示薪資成長與就業市場表現才是目前美國經濟真正的挑戰。

第34屆紐約CMJ音樂節將於10月21日起一連舉行5天，女神卡卡過去就是從CMJ表演發跡，之後揚名立萬。其中25日的台灣之夜，文化部邀集A-Lin與金曲歌王亂彈阿翔演出，饒舌歌手大支獲邀在饒舌舞台，跟世界各地比舌快，成為台灣首位登上該音樂節演出饒舌歌手。今年台灣之夜主題是多元曲風，因此邀請對象集合抒情跟搖滾、饒舌各式曲風歌手參與。（李志展／台北報導）

本報訊

（中央社愛丁堡18日綜合外電報導）蘇格蘭今天舉行歷史性獨立公投，決定是否要脫離英國獨立，投票已在晚間10時（台灣時間19日凌晨5時）結束，結果預料幾個小時後才會正式揭曉。

420多萬名選民登記參加這項具有重大歷史意義的公投，決定有307年歷史的大不列顛聯合王國命運。投票最後結果最快19日上午6時30分（台灣時間下午1時30分）公布。

選票上只有1個問題，「蘇格蘭應否成為獨立國家？」選民必須選擇同意或反對，否則選票不列入計算。

根據規定，勝方必須獲得超過50%的選票。除非投票過程有問題，選委會才會重新計票，不會因為支持與反對雙邊的票數非常接近而重新計票。(中央社)

餐廳名稱：老麵店 消費時間：2014年/9月 地址：老麵店迪化街二段 營業時間：07:00Am-07:30Pm 網誌圖文版:http://greeniehello.blogspot.tw/2014/09/blog-post.html 我很遺憾沒有拍到均勻攪拌醬料後的麵，愧對這碗好麵。 這家“老麵店”（就叫老麵店），位置在圓山和大橋頭捷運之間， 不騎機車還真是不方便。地處偏僻鋪面低調，隱身巷弄間，走近卻發現滿溢的食家，找個 座位也不甚容易。 推推攘攘擠在門口點了麵、骨肉湯、餛飩湯，再夾點滷味試口味，進去找好座位便只需等 待食物上桌。 這一等就逼近天荒，友人餓的怨氣衝腦，餐點終於悠哉的來了。乍看是無奇，但這碗麵用 了麻醬、炸醬、豬油蔥、鹼水四味，在翻來攪去白麵被好好上色包覆後，香氣和樣貌都誘 人至極啊。豬油潤滑了一切，摻足了香氣，麻醬醇，炸醬鹹，堪稱我吃過乾麵之最不為過 。 骨肉湯，碗裡有帶骨的、帶筋的、帶骨又帶筋的嫩肉，不加味精的湯是煮肉的精華凝聚； 餛飩湯又是另一番滋味，餛飩個頭小但餡飽肉鮮，一口一個正好。 總之每樣都吃出好味道，沒得嫌，頓時能理解洶湧人潮捧的是這個場。不過和阿姨要個小 碗時被獅吼一聲“自己去前面拿！”，嚇得心剝落了一小角，哀，委屈，不能溫和一些嗎 嗚。 -- 更多美食訊息:http://greeniehello.blogspot.tw/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.193.169.19 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1411092184.A.36E.html

本報訊

（中央社華盛頓15日綜合外電報導）官員今天說，美國過去24小時2度空襲聖戰組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS），並首度轟炸伊拉克首都巴格達周邊。上月美軍鎖定伊北，現在擴大到巴格達附近，顯示空襲規模已然升高。

不具名的美國國防部官員告訴法新社，過去24小時內，美國戰機在巴格達周邊發動1次空襲，另在辛賈爾山（Mount Sinjar）附近另1次空襲。

美國上月開始鎖定伊北的伊斯蘭國據點，而今天宣布空襲巴格達附近的好戰分子，顯示行動規模已然升高。

美國中央司令部發布聲明說：「美軍持續攻擊伊拉克的伊斯蘭國恐怖分子，週日（14日）與週一（15日）動用攻擊機與戰鬥機2次空襲，支援在辛賈爾附近與巴格達西南區的伊拉克安全部隊。」

「巴格達西南區的空襲，是在伊拉克部隊繼續攻勢的同時，我方打擊伊斯蘭國目標，首度將行動擴大到保護我方人員以及進行人道任務之外，如同總統上週三（10日）演說所公布。」

空襲摧毀伊斯蘭國在辛賈爾附近的6輛車輛，以及伊斯蘭國在巴格達西南區用以攻打伊拉克部隊的1個戰鬥據點。

中央司令部聲明說：「戰機皆安全離開空襲區。」

「攻擊經過授權，目的在保護美方人員與設施、支援人道救援，並協助對抗伊斯蘭國恐怖分子的伊拉克部隊。」

國際半導體設備材料產業協會（Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International，SEMI）今公布8月北美半導體設備製造商訂單出貨值（Book-to-Bill Ratio，訂單出貨比）為1.04，較上月的1.07略為下滑，雖出現連2個月向下滑落走勢，但仍連續11個月站穩在1以上，顯示包括晶圓代工及封測等半導體產業擴廠需求穩健。
 
據SEMI統計，8月北美半導體設備商3個月平均訂單金額為13.5億美元，較7月14.2億美元下滑5%，較去年同期10.6億美元成長26.5%；8月北美半導體設備商3個月平均出貨金額則達12.9億美元，較7月的13.2億美元下滑2%，較去年同期10.8億美元成長19.5%。
 
針對近期B/B值表現上，SEMI總裁暨執行長Denny McGuirk指出，SEMI的訂單與出貨比已連續11個月站在1或以上，而訂單與出貨持續成長趨勢遠高於2013年的水準，今年晶圓廠及封測廠都可看到強勁的設備支出需求。（蕭文康／台北報導）
