春水堂因使用鄭記油蔥酥致部份產品下架，該店今天下午三點半將開記者會，但已初步擬出補償措施，發出聲明指出，該公司完全沒有使用強冠、全統或芳福之劣質油品，所採用之油品皆為檢驗合格之廠商，請消費者安心。
 
有關「鄭記油蔥酥」疑似用油疑慮，該公司於知悉後，立即主動通報台中市衛生局，並且進行預防性自主下架與停止供應作業。對於此次因供應商所造成之疑慮，我們替產品把關不良致歉。並強調其三十一年來對品質要求嚴格，愛惜羽毛，對本次廠商物料事件深感震驚、並且痛心遺憾。將保留對供應廠商的損害賠償與法律追訴權。
 
為感謝消費者的關懷與支持，自明起至周五，連續三天至全台春水堂內用消費餐飲皆享有原價之半價優惠。
 
店家表示，會以優惠而非退費的處理，主要是因為並非使用到有問題的油品（沒用全統或芳福的油），會在第一時間下架商品，主要是顧及消費者對鄭記所供應油蔥酥的疑慮。（黃任膺／台中報導）

新竹昨天出現38.2℃高溫，創新竹站1991年遷站以來9月最高溫紀錄，今天熱度不減，新竹站在中午11時59分出現38.7℃高溫，不僅是新竹站9月最高溫紀錄，也是今年台灣最高溫，更是新竹站從1937年設站以來第二高溫紀錄，另外今天台北高溫也有36.5℃，金門、淡水高溫也超過35℃；中央氣象局表示，新竹高溫主要受到東風過山沈降增溫作用影響。

仲間由紀惠昨突宣布與綠葉演員田中哲司結婚，台灣日劇迷也熱烈討論，不少網友說田中哲司長相激似沈玉琳。昨晚田中哲司結束舞台劇演出，被記者包圍追問婚事，他表示1年前就送戒指、向仲間求婚，隨後兩人展開同居生活，昨天上午9點由他獨自繳交結婚申請書。
 
被問到喜歡仲間什麼地方，田中笑說：「個性很好，蠻純樸的。」還強調「配我太可惜了」。他表示目前還沒有「做人」計劃，聽到記者虧說「獨占美人女優」，他苦笑回：「真是抱歉啊。」
 
昨天還有一段小插曲，在《HERO》劇中什麼都說「有」的酒吧老闆，該演員名叫田中要次，他昨在臉書上表示：「今天頻頻被誤以為是仲間由紀惠的結婚對象，雖然是認錯人，但能因此想到我還挺高興的啦，乾脆就這樣錯下去也很好玩。」（吳惠菁／綜合報導）

酒駕慣犯徐暐傑今年3月在高雄楠梓區酒後駕車追撞騎機車的海科大學生林育寬與其女友，林男當場慘死、女友重傷。高雄地院審理後本月16日依酒駕致死判徐男有期徒刑8年6月，肇事逃逸2年，合計應執行有期徒刑10年，附帶民事賠償判賠1004萬，成為去年6月酒駕致死修法後，依新法重判的首例。

檢警調查，今年3月2日清晨4時30分許，24歲的徐暐傑和朋友在夜店狂歡後駕車離開，行經高市楠梓區左楠路時，從後方高速撞上分騎兩部機車的情侶檔，導致就讀海洋科大海洋環境工程系4年級的學生林育寬（22歲）不幸喪命，王姓女友（28歲）則是重傷。

目擊者指出，徐男駕駛白色轎車當時超速行使還變換到慢車道，從後方追撞到林、王兩人的機車，林男機車卡在轎車保險桿，先彈上擋風玻璃，再摔落地上，王女則直接摔落地面。撞擊後白色轎車還拖著林男的機車行駛近200公尺才停下，林男送醫後不治，王女則有腦震盪及手腳多處挫傷。

徐暐傑到案後，警方查出他曾在去年7月因酒駕被逮，當時酒測值為0.5，這已是他第2次被逮到酒駕，酒測值為0.51。徐供稱自己在冷凍工廠當工人，案發前吃薑母鴨喝了點啤酒，之後再到夜店找朋友喝到凌晨3時離開，當時他駕車為超越前方車輛才駛進慢車道，應是喝酒及過於疲勞才發生意外。（王吟芳／高雄報導）
