植樹節前夕，桃園市政府今天選在八德區國小預定地舉辦植樹活動，現場種下喬木、灌木等，象徵為地球定存，以植物銀行的概念種植綠色植物，保護地球，造福後代。

種樹前，天空突然降雨，桃園市長鄭文燦表示，天降甘霖是件好事，尤其石門水庫嚴重缺水，目前蓄水量僅剩25％而已，他呼籲民眾要節約用水。鄭文燦說，種樹不僅可以觀賞，還可涵養水源，保護環境，市府的苗圃每年贈送30萬株樹苗給民眾，希望大家重視愛護地球的觀念。

市府選在八德區豐田路和仁德路口的國小預定地，共同種下400株喬木，以及1600株灌木，除希望學校興建時，校園已經綠蔭盎然外，更可營造適合居住的綠化城市。（石明啟／桃園報導）

綠色和平：德里空汙比北京嚴重

綠色和平組織指出，印度德里2014年「壞空氣」天數比中國大陸北京巿更多；德里PM2.5濃度空氣汙染平均值比北京高80%，並呼籲德里推動類似北京的行動計畫。

綠色和平組織（Greenpeace）昨天在新聞稿中說，印度中央汙染控制局（Central Pollution ControlBoard）依據國家首都區（NCR）6處空氣品質監測站數據指出，德里2013年PM2.5濃度空氣汙染平均值為153微克/立方公尺，為世界衛生組織（WHO）標準的15倍、印度國家標準的3.8倍。

相較同因空汙遭詬病的北京，德里在對抗空汙的努力上落後許多。

北京致力使PM2.5濃度空氣汙染平均值自目前89微克/立方公尺，於2017年降至60微克/立方公尺以下。北京的空氣品質監測站有全天候即時數據供下載且資料完整；但德里汙染控制委員會（Delhi PollutionControl Committee）轄下的監測站，去年卻有56天毫無資料。

綠色和平組織運用「2010年全球疾病負擔研究」（Global Burden of Disease Study, 2010）報告的研究方法進行健康影響模擬評估，發現德里人罹患肺癌、慢性呼吸道疾病、缺血性心臟病的風險，分別比北京人高20%至25%、10%至15%、5%。

北京巿實施「2013至2017年清潔空氣行動計畫」來保護巿民免於有害空氣，但印度環境與森林部部長賈瓦德卡（Prakash Javadekar）直到最近仍認為，並無因嚴重空汙而採戴口罩、學校停課等預防措施的必要。

準備邁向季後賽的快艇，今天(8日)宣布與「矮腳虎」Nate Robinson簽下10天短約，教練Doc Rivers想要借重他的經驗值。

其實快艇早在1月就有意找來Robinson，直到最近Jamal Crawford腿部受傷並且歸期不明，才真正促成矮腳虎的加盟。

Robinson最快明天(9日)對上勇士就能出賽，Rivers說：「我們需要額外的球員，對我而言，他具有一定的經驗值。」

Rivers曾經在塞爾蒂克時帶領過Robinson，「我懂Nate(Robinson)、我帶過他，這點我感到沒有問題。」

矮腳虎則認為快艇是目前最適合他的球隊，「芝加哥(公牛)是選項之一，還有巫師、騎士等等。但我想快艇比較合適，我認為我可以融入的比較好。」
