 中華職棒／桃猿先發還少1人 後援布局不變

Lamigo桃猿開季確定4名先發投手，分別為王溢正、林柏佑、蘭斯佛(Jared Lansford)及賈希亞(Ramon Garcia)，第5位還在尋找當中。
今年Lamigo的洋將運作方式維持2先發1救援，總教練洪一中說：「球隊的需求就是如此，所以跟去年相同。」
因為有找到洋投擔任終結者，洪總表示第7局黃偉晟、第8局陳禹勳的布局不會改變。先發投手部分，王溢正、林柏佑已經被排入先發輪值。
「原本第5位先發要讓林樺慶試試看，但現在他受傷，接下來官辦熱身賽再觀察，看看是否有其他合適人選。」洪總說。

| 台中燈會跳電 半小時修復

台中燈會民俗文化燈區中今晚傳出兩燈區跳電，台中市政府參議施肇芳指出，一是聖壽宮三個燈，因有一個燈具故障，影響同一迴路另兩座燈，另慈惠堂四個燈因變壓器不穩定晚間不亮，經搶修半小時後大多恢復亮燈。(曾雪蒨／台中報導)

今天是日本311地震4周年紀念日，但日本武士隊卻遭到歐洲明星隊狙擊。先發投手松葉貴大，先發3局就失掉5分，終場以2比6不敵歐洲明星隊。
日本武士監督小久保裕紀說：「今天是日本很特別的日子，但可惜沒辦法贏球。」小久保認為，歐洲隊打者力量與經驗都不錯，給了日本隊1個很好的體驗。
第2局，歐洲隊靠著1次保送，與奇瑞尼(Mario Chiarini)、奧喬亞(Blake Ochoa)的2支二壘安打，攻下2分；3局下，迪卡斯特補上3分砲，擴大領先差距，奠定勝基。（王翊亘／綜合報導）

會議紀錄流出 美河市初議房價跌時索賠

台北市聯開宅惹議，一名網友在PTT貼上美河市臨時管委會會議紀錄。根據會議紀錄，有住戶認為，若房價下跌，「政府應該賠償損失，至少房價的一半」。
美河市管委會主委俞雨亭受訪時表示，這是2月間召開的臨時會，出席委員未過半數，只能算是「座談會」，正式會議將於12日晚間召開，屆時決議才算數。
根據會議紀錄，有住戶認為，「台北市捷運局有背信詐欺之嫌，現在房價要跌了，要賠償我們房價損失，至少賠償房價的一半」，也有人說「柯P一直在汙名化我們，很多人賣不掉房子，我們應該要上法院按鈴控告台北市政府」。
另有住戶發言指出，若要在美河市設置社會住宅，「請台北市政府出錢將D棟屬捷運局，做一道圍牆分隔出來，我們自己管理E棟以後的房屋」。
會議最後表決，現場無異議通過，由管委會委請律師向法院提出訴訟，必要時假處分，先行阻止台北市政府將美河市規劃設置社會住宅。
部分網友認為「吃相難看」、「裡面都是投資客房仲買的嗎？」還有人說「跌了要賠，漲了呢？要不要漲價歸公啊？」引起網友熱烈討論。
