邁入第四屆的城市盃跆拳道邀請賽，將於明天（13日）點燃戰火，參賽規模逐漸擴大之際，跆協也勉勵大會朝升格正規國際賽而努力。

城市盃今年參賽隊伍有上海、呼和浩特、包頭、香港、港島、九龍、首爾、雅加達、八打靈、西巴布亞、戈亞尼亞，台灣派出台北市與大專聯隊出征。

今天大會於台北舉行賽前記者會，跆協副秘書長連榮華致詞時勉勵主辦單位，城市盃已有知名度，未來可朝升格G2規格等級的規模努力。

WTF（World Taekwondo Federation，世跆盟）認證的國際賽中，G2已屬高強度賽事，世界排名名列前茅選手皆會參加。

本屆城市盃地主奪冠焦點鎖定在王炳順與葉俐萱，王炳順為2012年世青跆拳賽金牌、2014年亞錦賽國手。

葉俐萱為2013年亞青銅牌得主，剛結束總統盃跆拳賽賽程，處於比賽狀況中，兩人都代表大專聯隊出賽。

第二屆黑豹旗青棒賽，南英工商在16強賽事對決興大附農形成投手戰，前5局打完，雙方依舊掛蛋，直到第6局，南英靠第2棒石翔宇敲安並靠暴投跑回致勝分，終場南英就以1比0險勝興大附農、挺進8強賽。

此役南英推出5任投手，教練李政翰表示，投手只要一有狀況就不能猶豫，一定要換下場：「我們評估與對方實力55波，這次能贏，也是運氣好啦，對方守備真的很不錯，沒收我們不少安打。」

而跑回致勝分的石翔宇扮演關鍵角色，他在第9局接替投球任務，投得有點驚險，面對5名人次，解決首名打者後被敲1安、奉送1次保送，讓對方攻佔1、2壘，最後送出再見三振、保住勝果。

石翔宇在賽後坦言，當時被攻佔1、2壘相當緊張，很開心最後守下來，有趣的是，先前其他賽事，石翔宇沒有擔任過投手，他說：「這次在黑豹旗登錄投手少，所以教練叫我隨時做準備。」

南英繳出7支安打，石翔宇則包辦2支安打，為全隊最多。

台灣高等法院駁回前總統陳水扁保外就醫聲明異議案，高院指出，否准扁聲請保外就醫的機關是法務部，而不是執行刑罰的檢察官，屬於「監獄行刑」範圍；陳水扁保外醫治的審核、是否許可，屬於法務部行政處分，他若不服法務部的決定，應循行政訴訟救濟。
