根據MarketWatch分析報導，美國股市周三經歷了另外一天沉悶的走勢後，具影響力投資人葛特曼(Dennis Gartman)說，現在是該逢低買進的時候了，但不是一般投資人所想到的股市。

葛特曼周四告訴CNBC說，此刻，他並無意持有美股。

「我認為這仍是長期的多頭市場，回檔就應買進。昨天，我發出了強烈建議，在這波疲弱走勢中買進股票，但焦點在歐洲，在法國與德國，」他說。

他並指出，他最希望持有歐洲與日本股票。「在那些市場，每波高點後都有更高點，每波低點後亦見反彈上揚，這才是真正的多頭市場，非常明顯，」葛特曼說。

周一，歐洲央行啟動了1兆歐元(1.05兆美元)購債計劃，亦即量化寬鬆(QE)。此一措施促使投資人預期，歐洲股市將會受到拉抬，一如Fed實施QE時的美國股市，投資人將退出債市，尋求較高的收益率。

「歐洲目前的情況，更具有吸引力。歐元持續疲弱，有助支撐股市，至少目前如此。所以我的焦點在彼不在此，」葛特曼補充說道。

周三，美國股市溫和收低，周二的沉重賣壓持續，投資人擔憂美元走強及Fed可能升息，為利空。

本周稍早，德意志銀行分析師比安可(David Bianco)發布報告警告，因預期升息會較早，而非較晚，S&P 500指數可能會下跌達9%。

但葛特曼並不認同，「股市會回檔9%？有可能，但我很懷疑。」

儘管不願持有美股，但他對美股氣氛轉空，卻大表懷疑，理由在於各國央行紛紛加入QE行列，大量流動性將因而流入股市。

「如果每個國家都在量化寬鬆，如果每個人都實施貨幣寬鬆政策，如果貨幣政策處於順風，為何要逆勢對抗？」葛特曼補充說道。

Fed不會很快緊縮貨幣政策，他說。「Fed不會大幅緊縮政策，而且要到今年稍後，才會採取行動。」

Susquehanna公司分析師Chris Caso說，英特爾公司發布銷售預警，美元兌歐元上漲可能是主要因素。

英特爾公司周四說，營收展望下降的主要原因，是企業桌上型電腦需求疲弱。

「由於個人電腦組件成本均以美元計價，歐元格外疲弱導致歐洲個人電腦價格大幅上升，」Caso在提供給客戶的報告中寫道。

過去三個月，歐元兌美元大跌了15%，周三收盤創12年低點。

今日盤中，英特爾股價下跌4.3%，終場可能創五個月收盤低點。成交量6040萬股，已超過平均每日2740萬股的二倍。

《CNBC》報導，美國股市早盤全面大漲，道瓊工業指數上漲近 200 點，最新經濟數據不如市場預期減緩升息疑慮。

最新公佈的經濟數據顯示，美國一月份企業庫存量與前一個月相較之下持平。二月份零售業銷售量則下滑 0.6%，表現劣於市場預期。如果排除汽車、汽油、建材、食物銷量來看，零售業銷售量則持平不變。

消息一出帶動大盤指數全面上漲，道瓊工業指數一度上漲達 217 點。 分析師表示，今日市場表現顯示投資人似乎鬆了一口氣。上週就業數據優於市場預期一度引發大盤賣壓，最新經濟數據表現差強人意則舒緩了投資人情緒，認為聯準會於今年升息的機會大減。

截至台北時間 00:14，道瓊工業指數上漲 189.48 點，或 1.07%，來到 17824.87 點。

標普 500 指數上漲 18.96 點，或 0.93%，來到 2059.20 點。

那斯達克指數上漲 27.95 點，或 0.58%，來到 4877.89 點。

芝加哥證券交易所波動率指數 VIX 下跌 6.40%，來到 15.79 點。

美元對全球主要貨幣匯率下跌，10 年期美債殖利率盤中來到 2.0892%。
