| 不怕技術人才殞落 產學攜手共創未來

建校22年的國立雲林科技大學（簡稱雲科大）於2012年受教育部補助經費，在政府支持下，經辦「發展典範科技大學計畫」幫助大學生逃脫22K的命運，培養專業人才並建立就業管道，由自行車產業技術端釋出豐富資源，同時也開闢投資人才的黃金道路，學校為年輕學子建立一條通往社會大學的道路，同時將他們的創新理念發揮地淋漓盡致。
「不是草莓族，我們是硬柿子。」
在中國，年輕新勢力被稱為“90後”，90後來勢洶洶，擁有優渥家庭背景，絕佳的學習環境，被西式教育灌輸全新理念，每人都具備強烈主觀意識，勇於表達，不怕挑戰，只求表現機會。
在台灣，企業對社會新鮮人搖搖頭：嘖嘖，草莓族。
“像草莓一樣禁不起風吹雨打，外表鮮麗卻容易被外力壓得不成原形？”
但在社會上，是有一群熱血沸騰的年輕人打破主觀看法，他們是硬柿子。朝著夢想努力著，在築夢道路穩紮穩打，從不喊停，在這塊擁有共同夢想的園地與自行車業界大廠及學術界一起奮鬥。

雲科大於2012年四月成立 Bicycle Industry Liaision Office（BILO），成立基礎是學校本身擁有悠久的自行車文化，教師們也熱衷於自行車運動，不過主要動機除了幫助學生成功就業之外，他們還注意到在單車熱興起之時，全台才意識自行車產業替台灣在國際面提升多少知名度，可是台灣的自行車技術人才卻日趨減少，從資深元老口中、工廠端無奈訴起：人力短缺，供不應求。
業界嘆人力短缺，“ 力 ” 意指 “ 質 ”，台灣資深自行車技術，由誰接手？
培養專才，推動產業
BILO 與自行車業界配合技術指導，學校能給的資源就是富有創新思考的年輕頭腦，以及無限熱忱的自行車愛好者。
受邀的業界大廠擔任講師，包括太平洋自行車、正新、美利達、SRAM等，他們指導學生專業產品技術投入校園，輔助學生把熱忱揮發至實際研發面，創造更多自行車技術人才，同時也為新鮮人另闢彩色天空。
優良態度，實習典範
BILO 成立至今目前已有學生成功進入太平洋單車、SRAM實習，今年也開設自行車菁英班於週末上課，對學生標準嚴格，規定出缺勤及實習門檻。執行長吳德美指出，從學校進入產業，BILO是很好的管道，也感謝業界及資訓局給予足夠資源，學生只要對自行車具備足夠的熱忱和肯學習的態度，都可被視為優良人才。
2013成果展 台北世貿對外亮相
由雲科大工業設計系及機械系教師帶領學生創新設計折疊電動自行車，改變傳統對自行車外觀的印象，在車架上展現“圓”的美學，塑造獨特風格，此項極富設計的作品也榮獲2011年IBDC銀牌及巨大獎、2012日內瓦國際發明展銅牌獎的殊榮。
吳德美表示，今年將計畫 BILO 擴至高中職，培養更多焊接技術人才進入產業，以及領導校內工程/設計/管理/人文四大學院學生如何發揮實力於產業之中。

| 美國廢鋼價持穩，豐興報價連二周開平盤

上周國際廢鋼價大致持平，豐興（2015）本周國內報價連二周開平盤，豐興表示，目前原料成本變動不大，加上鋼價已經相對走低，因此本周盤價持續開平不動，而近兩周接單狀況都有回溫的狀況。
豐興本周廢鋼收購報價為0.99萬元/公噸，而實際收購價則為1.04萬元/公噸；至於鋼筋價格則為1.71萬元/公噸，實際成交價約1.66萬元/公噸；而型鋼價格則持平1.86萬元/公噸。
在國際廢鋼價格部分，上周美國貨櫃廢鋼價持平338美元/公噸，美國大船廢鋼價格則持平在360美元/公噸，至於日本2H廢鋼則下跌10美元到340美元/公噸。
由於國內廢鋼價格主要參考美國貨櫃廢鋼價格，豐興本周鋼價仍無下跌空間，連續兩周開出平盤，而相較於上周南部鋼筋廠仍有開跌的現象，豐興目前盤價則相對持穩，而且也相對南部廠墊高。
豐興表示，由於目前鋼筋價格已經很低，近幾周客戶都多少有回補庫存的動作，也帶動近幾周接單回溫，不過後續鋼筋走勢還是要持續觀察廢鋼動態。

華南金(2880)前董事長王榮周退休，財政部上周發布人事令由原台灣金董事長劉燈城接任，華南金1日舉行董座交接典禮，新任董座劉燈城表示，華南金未來有五大核心策略，他認為很實際、也非常贊同，會繼續朝此方向前進；他也指出，華南金的民股股權比較集中，但他相信不論是民股或公股的董事，都是代表公司，都會以公司為重，公民股共同努力，創造股東、客戶、員工三贏的局面。
新任華南金董事長劉燈城今日在交接典禮致詞時表示，他上周三才接到財政部的通知，但他非常感謝財政部，華銀的經營體質非常好，對集團貢獻很大，對於能接手這麼優質的金控他非常開心。
他也指出，華南金未來有五大核心策略，一是提升銀行核心業務、二是均衡集團獲利貢獻、三是積極完備海外佈局、四是強化集團資產品質、五保障集團客戶權益，這五項都非常實際，他個人非常贊同，會繼續朝此方向前進。
另外，劉燈城也特別在致詞中強調公、民股應共同努力，他指出，華南金的股權和其他銀行不太一樣，民股的股權比較集中，但不論是民股或公股的董事，都是代表公司，會以公司為重，希望未來在全體董事共同努力之下，做好公司治理、創造金控的績效，公、民股共同努力，創造股東、客戶、員工三贏的局面。

| 多種鮮豔色彩，低價版 iPhone 又有背殼新照

 繼上個月廉價版 iPhone 外觀、iPhone 5S 零件圖片流出後，中國手機論壇威鋒網日前又有低價版 iPhone 新照流出。低價版 iPhone 將會提供多種色彩、背殼為塑膠，並具備 4 吋螢幕。
威鋒網論壇日前又有使用者發布宣稱是低價版 iPhone 的偷拍照，照片中的低價版 iPhone 採鮮豔的螢光色，並具備圓角設計。另外在外殼上我們可以看到為後相機和 LED 閃燈所預留的孔位。
而在其他的流出照片中，可以看到低價版 iPhone 的外殼具備綠、黃和橘三種顏色，不過推出時可能和第五代 iPod 一樣具有更多顏色可以選擇。而這些外殼的螺絲孔位和之前流出的 iPhone 5 主機板相同，這使得這些照片的真實性稍微上升了一些。
Apple 將推出低價版 iPhone 的小道消息流傳已久，低價版 iPhone 將會提供多種色彩、背殼為塑膠，並具備 4 吋螢幕。另外低價版 iPhone 也傳將使用 Apple A5 處理器。另外發售時間根據 iOS 7 的推出時間和 iOS 6 比較，可能和下一代 iPhone 5S 一起在九月底發售。
