紅、白教練團每一輪要先選誰就見仁見智，就給鄉民去討論了 這次聯盟把明星賽弄成選秀，也算是創新 不過既然要這樣辦，應該弄清楚規則 結果這次明星賽選秀要說瑕疵的話 就是選秀會主持人搞錯選秀順序，把後面的選秀順序打亂了 位置 　紅隊　 　　白隊 選秀輪次 P 　　陳鴻文 林晨樺◎ 7　　　　　　　　　　　 C 高志綱 林泓育◎ 4 1B 彭政閔◎ 林益全 2 2B 郭嚴文◎ 陳江和 6 3B 余德龍 黃仕豪◎ 10 SS 陳鏞基 林智勝◎ 1 OF 高國輝◎ 張正偉 3 詹智堯 胡金龍◎ 8 張志豪◎ 張建銘 9 DH 周思齊◎ 陳金鋒 5 註記◎者為該輪先被選擇 依照會前抽籤，以及S型選秀規則 選秀順序應為： 紅隊 白隊 2 1 3 4 6 5 7 8 10 9 選到第三輪的時候，主持人就講錯講成白隊先選 馬上就被紅中瞪了XD 隨即也改口說請紅隊先選 不過主持人果然還是出錯了 該輪白隊選擇張正偉是因為外野手不像其他位置自動配對結果 而是被迫也要提出選擇 可是主持人誤把這個選擇當成白隊主動選擇一輪 所以隨後白隊第四輪選了林泓育 第五輪主持人就錯把優先選擇轉到紅隊了 後面的順序就跟著錯亂了 就這樣沒人發現，一路選到第9輪選完時 紅中本來想接者先選第10輪 大會才發現再讓紅隊先選的話，紅隊總共先選6輪、白隊先選4輪 這樣會前抽到先選的白隊，反而先選的總輪次還比較少 才趕緊說最後一輪讓白隊先選(其實癥結點在前面的順序就搞亂了) 以後明星賽不知道還會不會用這次的方式 不過程序上還是要注意一下 不應該發生這種弄亂選秀順序的情況 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.244.12

對岸的新勞動法7月1號起也有新規定上路 摘錄重點如下 ---------- 被派遣勞動者享有與用工單位的勞動者同工同酬的權利。用工單位應當按照同工同酬原 則，對被派遣勞動者與本單位同類崗位的勞動者實行相同的勞動報酬分配辦法。用工單 位無同類崗位勞動者的，參照用工單位所在地相同或者相近崗位勞動者的勞動報酬確定 。 勞動合同用工是我國(這邊指的是大陸)的企業基本用工形式。 勞務派遣用工是補充形式，只能在臨時性、輔助性或者替代性的工作崗位上實施。 前款規定的臨時性工作崗位是指存續時間不超過六個月的崗位；輔助性工作崗位是指為 主營業務崗位提供服務的非主營業務崗位；替代性工作崗位是指用工單位的勞動者因脫 產學習、休假等原因無法工作的一定期間內，可以由其他勞動者替代工作的崗位。 用工單位應當嚴格控制勞務派遣用工數量，不得超過其用工總量的一定比例，具體比例 由國務院勞動行政部門規定。" -------------- 白話文時間 總而言之, 就是在同工同酬上有了法律依據 具體執行還有一定難度, 不過至少是個開始 另外就是對於派遣工有更明確的定義, 說白了, 派遣工不能超過六個月, 派遣工和總工量的比例將會訂出標準 會有什麼影響呢？ 領薪水的人至少在「同工同酬」上比較有爭取的依據 對於公司而言,可能需要更多的人員編制, 不然就得把業務切出去給外包公司以節省人力成本 --------------------- 咳～ 勞委會請多加點油！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.32.234.147

因為工作性質的關係， 我經常會在晚上或是假日要在家裡臨時開會， 但公司沒有配筆電，我自己也不是很喜歡用筆電， 開會有時候會用到一些企劃要修改啥的， 每次都要修改以後用隨身碟還是信箱弄到公司去貼上其實還蠻麻煩的， 所以我就在想說，是不是現在在RUN的幾個企劃， 我就放在隨身碟或隨身硬碟裡面，每天帶著走這樣。 (公司還是有一份只是不一定是最新的，可能一個禮拜覆蓋一次這樣) 檔案大概差不多在10GB左右而已 但是有點擔心隨身碟會不會很容易壞掉甚麼的 就在想說是不是用隨身硬碟會好一點? 有人也是類似的情形嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.220.44.200

【短片】好漂亮五色鳥　大砲群搶拍

【孫英哲／彰化報導】社頭鄉清水岩廟前旁邊的一株枯木，近來飛來五色鳥築巢，每天不斷啄鑿樹幹，消息傳開，吸引許多民眾攜帶攝影器材到場搶拍。

攝影愛好者詹榮仁表示，這已是第二批五色鳥來此枯木築巢，平常都有數十位民眾來獵取鏡頭，假日更是動輒一兩百人來搶拍，形成一股熱潮。

爆料大神 evleaks 現身，The Verge 現任主編曾在其帳下

E447f6e2c50abb931227bc44a233ad44 相信有在關注手機議題的人，都會知道 @evleaks 這個 Twitter 帳號，他的新機爆料都異常精準，包含新 HTC One (M7) 外型、Galaxy S4 的詳細規格。Android Police 近日採訪到 @evleaks 幕後操盤手，他究竟是什麼來歷呢？

無論是最新曝光的Moto X、Optimus G2、Lumia 1020，還是早先的Lumia 928、HTC M7……猛料總是出自一人之手，那就是@evleaks。由於幾乎每一次爆料都異常精準，evleaks 這個帳號受到科技圈的追捧，在它3 萬多的Twitter 粉絲中，就包括華爾街日報的Kara Swisher、Mashable 的主編Lance Ulanoff，CNET 的主編Dan Farber，All Things Digital 的Ina Fried、Gizmodo、Engadget 和Joystiq 的聯合創始人Peter Rojas。


終於，這個神秘ID背後的人物也被曝光了。Android Police近日採訪了evleaks真人——Evan Blass。

2005 至2008 年，Evan 曾就職於Engadget，這也是他在科技圈第一份「大工作」，最終他獲得了高級編輯的職位。頗為有趣的是，有一段時間，Evan 的工作就是負責培訓Joshua Toplsky 和Nilay Patel，前者如今是The Verge 的主編，後者是The Verge 執行主編。

離開Engadget 之後，Evan Blass 走上了爆料之路。後來，他參與建立網站Obsessable.com，目前這個網站由TMZ 運營。

2010 年到2012 年，Evan 在Pocketnow.com 擔任執行主編，開始大量爆料關於HTC 手機的消息。離開Pocketnow 後，他著手建立@evleaks 這個Twitter 賬號。

儘管創立於2012 年，但在此後的幾個月裡，這個賬號一度處於沉寂狀態，甚至被刪除。直到去年8 月，Evan 才開始重新運營這個賬號進行爆料，evleaks 這個ID 開始出現在各種贊助夥伴的博客中，給它們提供獨家爆料的機會，而這些博客也推廣了@evleaks 這個賬號。

在採訪中，Evan 表示，之所以選擇Twitter 的方式爆料，是因為很簡單，很容易吸引人們的關注。如今，evleaks 也進駐了新浪微博，ID 也做了有趣的本土化處理——evleaks 大神。

最令人好奇的問題Evan 沒有給出答案，他表示自己不會向任何人透露消息源。

儘管Evan 隱匿身份長達一年之久，但實際上，在一些科技博客圈中，Evan 的身份早就不是什麼秘密了，只是為了順應他個人保密的意願才一直未公佈於眾。而如今的「出櫃」，他也覺得沒有什麼實質性的影響。
