（路透巴基斯坦奎達市30日電）巴基斯坦警方表示，西南部奎達市（Quetta）的什葉派穆斯林社區，今天發生自殺炸彈攻擊，造成至少28死與數十人受傷。
奎達市警長朱貝爾（Mir Zubair）表示，1名騎腳踏車的自殺炸彈客停在哈札拉鎮（Hazara Town）區的檢查哨口時，引燃炸彈裝置。 朱貝爾告訴記者：「死者包括9名婦女，1名女孩與1名14歲男孩。」中央社（翻譯）

（法新社首爾1日電） 北韓今天抨擊南韓總統朴槿惠要求無核化是「傷害尊嚴」的言論，還稱北韓核子武器永遠不會成為談判籌碼。
朝鮮和平統一委員會（CPRK）透過國家媒體發表聲明說：「朴槿惠訪問中國期間，說出一連串挑釁言論，嚴重傷害朝鮮民主主義人民共和國（北韓）的尊嚴和體制。」
朴槿惠上週訪問中國大陸4天期間，和大陸領導人召開倍受矚目的高峰會，這是北韓首次對此做出正式反應。（譯者：中央社盧映孜）

-----------------(以下請勿刪除)--------------------------------- 另外，高雄板非心情板，個板，無關高雄廣泛市民之文章請勿張貼。 比如：我家隔壁的母貓生了小貓、對面的阿婆一個人獨居之類的。 這裡是高雄板，請討論與多數高雄市民有直接關聯性的文章。 沒高雄點就直接刪除囉。 修改文章標題請於文章列表按大寫T 修改文章內文請於文章列表按大寫E 同性質文章請以大E修改內文方式加註，請勿於板上重覆多發 昨天出外遊玩 很不巧自己眼鏡不小心用壞了 由於已經戴了二年多 心想 剛好藉這個機會重新檢查視力 便來到楠梓麥當當旁的某眼科診所 一踏進 櫃台告知護理人員 我要做視力檢查並要申請處方簽 這時護理人員很客氣 告訴我 先生 如果要開立處方簽要多收500元整 我當下納悶 之前別間都只 只聽說收費200元左右 我便問了一下為什麼要那麼貴 櫃檯裡面某位先生 回答我說 因為驗光是一件很專業的事情 必須要耗時間和精神 所以要多收 這筆費用 然後在補上說 如果你配眼鏡的話這筆費用可以不必收 這樣跟上 面所解釋的理由 不是很奇怪嗎? 我是真的很不開心 開診所賺錢我沒話說 但巧立名目收費 這部分我就很不能接受 應該是說 當我踏入眼科診所 一 定得要配鏡 店家不能做賠本生意 可是 你又是健保診所 掛著健保補助 又收奇怪且誇張的費用 當下 我告知小姐說 妳幫我掛號 連同掛號費 我給 妳600元 她可能也嚇到了 就說 你考慮配眼鏡啦 而且我們的都不貴 不過我是真的生氣了 便跟她說不用了 謝謝!! 當然還是笑一笑OS 回到公司 查了一下健保局電話 又經過一番折騰 原來這是衛生局所管轄業務 又跟他們聊了一下 才知道 原來我們要的處方簽是不用錢 而是診斷證明要錢 我跟她說 診所要收500元 他也是嚇到了 說會派員了解 再和我連絡 我不知道我是不是澳洲來的客戶 眼科競爭激烈 希望多開流 我也能體諒 但 都還沒服務 就想先收費 或者把客戶買單 我都不知道你們服務情況 就要我 先掏錢 一切以益字當頭 這不是很好的經驗 再來說你們東西多好多便宜 可能 我沒辦法接受吧!!! ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.105.242 ※ 編輯: husky730402 來自: 1.172.105.242 (07/01 17:52)
