 自拍性愛照還傳鹹濕簡訊 小三嘴角有痣露餡

一名女子日前介入人家婚姻當「小三」，和人夫偷情時，用對方的手機自拍性愛照，甚至事後還多次發送鹹濕簡訊，包括「老公我還要、明天還要」等，事後被對方妻子發現提告。女子辯稱是遭刻意合成，但她臉上的一顆痣，被法官認定就是性愛照的女主角，因此依妨害家庭判處4月徒刑，得易科罰金。
這起案件發生在彰化縣。一名已婚的王姓男子，前年某日在牌桌上，認識單身的曹姓女子，2人更因此交往發生婚外情。根據《自由時報》報導，2人在去年3月22、24日，到田尾鄉一處汽車旅館發生關係，曹女還在「嘿咻」過程中，拿起王男的手機自拍2人的裸體、口交等性愛照。
曹女自從前年12月起，陸續發送簡訊給王男，包括「老公，好想你喔！愛你的老婆」去年1月至2月，甚至還連發送4則簡訊，其中1則還寫到「老公，又想你了，我想要，明天還要。」去年4月，王妻在無意間發現先生手機內有丈夫和曹女的性愛照和簡訊，追問之下得知丈夫出軌，王妻氣得向曹女提出妨害婚姻的告訴。
曹女在法庭上辯稱，自己曾和王男出遊，但從未發生過關係，更未拍過這些照片，都是王妻自行合成；簡訊內容的部份純粹是和王男在開玩笑。但法官檢視手機內的性愛照時，發現照片女主角嘴角右側有1顆痣，當庭檢視曹女嘴角右側也發現有痣，加上簡訊內容不像是開玩笑，明顯有違常理，因此認定曹女就是女主角。認定她妨害家庭，判處她4月徒刑得易科罰金。

【綜合報導】東京上野動物園，5月傳出大貓熊真真，可能有喜，出現妊娠徵兆，像是食欲不振、荷爾蒙數據變化，動物園為了安全起見，從6月4日起便暫停讓牠外出見客。
不過到目前為止，真真都沒有再出現任何明顯變化，園方懷疑可能是假性懷孕，決定讓真真今天重新「復出」，不過還是會24小時觀察牠的狀況。

| 李國修講抗癌 「腫瘤是頑皮學生」

【綜合報導】屏風表演班藝術總監李國修前年底癌細胞移轉肝臟，去年1月開刀切除結石的膽，並暫別舞台專心養病。《蘋果日報》上個月27日才刊登他的專訪，當時他樂觀分享他堅強抗癌的心路歷程，受訪時還幽默形容體內4顆腫瘤是「一個班裡，4個不聽話的調皮學生在搗蛋」。
他說自己篤信佛教30多年，靠信仰力量撐過難關，希望未來能編導宗教劇還願。而這心願看來已成他的未了心願。
李國修說自己在前年得知病情惡化後，始終淡定面對，妻子王月幫他取名「李冷靜」，並自封「王泛淚」，她解釋：「當事人都這麼冷靜，我還能做啥？只能泛著淚光，不讓淚落下。」他開刀切除結石的膽，術後復原佳，但長期接受化療讓他消瘦不少、常掉頭髮，他卻打趣說：「反正掉的是白髮，看起來更年輕！」
虔誠佛教徒的他說，罹病後，他靠著信仰力量度過煎熬，因此計劃未來重返舞台時，寫一齣關於普賢菩薩的宗教劇來還願，「不是為了傳教，主要想表達對生命的哲學思考」。 這段期間雖暫別舞台，但他也沒閒著，靜養的1年半，讓他重新整理這26年創作的27本劇作，原本準備下個月8日推出《李國修戲劇作品集》，記錄這些年在劇場奮鬥的心血。暫別舞台期間他還經常去看劇團員工排練盯場，為劇團員工上情緒管理課。 李國修2010年罹患大腸癌，開刀剖腹25公分，切除3公分息肉；隔年12月到醫院照X光，發現肝臟有小腫瘤，後證實癌細胞轉移，但他堅持完成《京戲啟示錄》台北9場演出才暫別舞台，去年1月開刀將原本有結石的膽切除，不幸在今天清晨3點34分逝世。

【綜合報導】身穿深色長袍的男子，雙手被反綁，強壓在地，一名男子手拿菜刀，一刀一刀緩慢割下他的頭，手法殘忍血腥，但圍觀民眾卻在旁鼓譟叫好，這名遭斬首的男子，經梵蒂岡教廷證實，是在敘利亞服務的神父方士華莫瑞德(Francois Murad)。
這起可怕的斬首事件發生在6月23日，敘利亞聖戰份子(jihadist)指控這名神父和阿薩德政府合作，便將他斬首示眾，但這項指控從未經過證實，除了神父之外，他們當天還另外處決了2名男子，第一個被斬首的就是莫瑞德神父。
發布這則消息的「天主教線上」(Catholic Online)表示，「西方國家提供援助給敘利亞反抗軍，包括聖戰份子等激進團體，但他們卻如此屠殺天主教神父，我們無意挑起宗教紛爭，但事實證明天主教和基督教的確面臨可怕的威脅。」

大家好，我先簡單敘述一下我的狀況，再請大家建議我該怎麼做會比較好。 就是上個月的時候因為先前用的手機(非智慧型)電池怎麼充都充不滿了， 手機其實還好好的，所以本來想說買備用電池就可以了，不過大家也知道， 這一兩年智慧型手機起來後這種一般型手機也逐漸停產，電池也買不太到了。 我想想手機也許該換了吧，所以就換了。 總而言之，我現在的電信公司是台灣大哥大，當初由於是門號續約， 因此用相當零圓的價格買了手機。 兩個月前辦的，拿到的手機還不錯，兩個月下來都沒有什麼問題， 只不過資費方案老實說有點吃不消，因為我本來沒有上網習慣， 所以一直以來繳費便一直控制在400-500元左右， 後來在辦的時候考量到時要回南部找工作，可能會需要3G上網，便辦了吃到飽方案。 恰巧那時台哥有一個3G吃到飽只要489的方案， 所以就辦了一個其實我用不到的通通省699+489，總共1188元的資費方案。 我之所以說用不到是因為通通省的費率比較適合網內互打， 我的朋友家人多是中華，所以都省不到。 我當初辦手機的時候，中華還沒推學生方案， 是直到我辦完手機後沒兩個禮拜才知道中華有推這個方案， 當下覺得很後悔，因為打電話的主要對象偏偏都是網外，699實際上也用不到多少。 但還是好說歹說的用了兩個月，不過收到帳單看見自己明明沒使用這麼多， 卻還要繳699，覺得很難過。 因為當初是老客戶所以預繳金額不多，應該再過兩個月，我預繳的金額就會打完， 屆時就要準備付帳單了。 所以我想請問板上各位，原PO目前大學剛畢業，若照中華電信學生專案， 我還可以在今年年底拿畢業證書申請，前題是我要把這個約解掉。 但解約金非常的多，雖然多不過我每個月付1188X24，但還是一筆不小的數字， 粗略估計還有12000多元要繳納。 我後來有問臺哥客服，客服是說還可以把門號轉讓，不過門號轉讓成功率大嗎， 因為我沒轉讓過門號，所以不知道能否成功轉讓。 還是大家會建議我直接把13000元賠給台哥，當作教訓呢？? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.163.83

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義市1日電）嘉義市政府輔導老店轉型，今天發表由阿里山茶製成的12生肖藝術茶磚，市長黃敏惠並頒發「風華再現」匾額。
市府今天在「芬芳園─好嘉在故事館」舉行成果發表，展示以普洱茶後發酵概念製成的「台灣藝術茶磚」，黃敏惠期許地方產業能在國際市場上繼續發亮。
「芬芳園」負責人何芬芳表示，將阿里山夏茶製成藝術茶磚的概念，是她在2年前參加上海食品展時觸動的構想。
她說，「藝術茶磚」是以普洱茶後發酵的概念，將阿里山夏茶壓模、乾燥後，製成12生肖造型茶磚，也可以提供客製化服務。
黃敏惠說，「藝術茶磚」不僅可以喝，還可以欣賞、收藏，送禮也很大方，非常有「藝」思，市場潛力無窮。1020701
