| 黃金價格才剛反彈 印度「這一棒」很重！

黃金價格才剛反彈，恐怕又得被重重敲了一棒了！根據印度中央貨物稅和關稅局的說法，擔心近期全球金價下跌會引起人民過熱的黃金需求，宣布降低黃金進口關稅，也將繼續加強對黃金進口和購買的限制。
看到這個消息，可別以為降低黃金進口關稅是件好事，因為根據印度的法律，關稅值是海關為預防低報價出口所設立的底價，簡單的說就是變相的禁止黃金進口，而印度不只有「調降」金價關稅，也把白銀進口關稅值從737美元/千克降至604美元/千克。
印度這個訊息為何如此重要，主要是因為印度的黃金消費需求佔了全球的28%，並且印度2013年單單只有第二季黃金需求，一度增長150%，換句話說2013年第二季就有約400公噸黃金，被進口到了印度，而這個數字可是2012年總黃金進口量的一半。
先前Chart Prophet Capital 投資長 Yoni Jacobs 認為，金價將會一路往下跌至1000美元，他指出或許金價再跌會吸引一些黃金多頭進場，但金價終究仍會崩盤，他大膽預測金價3-5年會跌至700美元，上次的黃金空頭長達19年，這樣的事情不是不會再發生。

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄1日電）馬術女將李怡萱30日墜馬傷重不治，攸關馬場安全管理，高雄市農業局與體育處今天以還在了解、非主管項目回應外界詢問。
澳登堡馬術中心執行長徐斯俊指出，他們依法申請設立公司，幾次主動向中央請求確認主管機關，但都得不到回應。
高雄市體育會馬術委員會指出，比賽場地及器材都依國際賽事標準架設，並按照規定與做好防護措施，比賽選手也依規定穿戴防護馬帽、馬褲、馬靴等裝備。
委員會說，現場另有中華民國馬術協會秘書長林增雄及前任理事長李政憲，擔任賽事裁判，場地及器材部分已可排除事故原因，並非外傳選手未按規定著裝下場練習與比賽。
高雄市農業局畜產管理科長葉坤松說，飼養20匹以上的馬場要登記申請設立公司，澳登堡是高雄唯一申請合法的業者，但依規定，畜牧場不能做馬術訓練，農業局已派員了解狀況。
李怡萱摔馬，體育處長陳武雄說，體育處非主管機關，基於相關運動賽事，協助家屬及業者處理。1020701

謝龍介：明年應讓精進團隊參賽 中華日報中華日報 – 2013年7月1日 下午10:50 記者張淑娟／新營報導 針對菁寮國小將讓種稻回歸教育本質，國民黨台南市黨部主委謝龍介認為 ，明年農糧署在經典好米比賽規則上應考慮如何讓精進的團隊也參與競賽 ，市府農業局也該鼓勵米鄉學子學習科學種稻，這才符合鼓勵青年返鄉擔 任新農人的實際作為。 謝龍介指出，用一樣的稻種、一樣的土地和一樣的水所種出來的稻，為何 學生們種的就不能參加比賽？非得要是農民身分，這應該不是稻米比賽的 原意；他認為，稻米比賽就是要選出真正的好米來，既然學校團隊有信心 拿自己種的米參加競賽，專業的農民又何必擔心會比輸孩子？而如此良性 競爭，才能讓真正的好米被選出來，所以建議農糧署明年在比賽規則上能 做點改變。 謝龍介表示，農業局有必要多鼓勵將種稻納入課程的學校，讓學子們真正 學到種稻的技術，扎根農業的本，否則一味鼓勵青年返鄉投入農業，政策 上又不鼓勵孩子們擔任小小新農人，未來如何能接續新農業？ 由於菁寮國小師生們的努力，讓種稻有了新方向，謝龍介研擬近期內前往 鼓勵孩子，肯定他們種稻的用心。 http://www.cdns.com.tw/20130702/news/nxyzh/U91003002013070117200767.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 217.198.3.238

廠牌: acer 型號: 4755G 購入日期: 101.7 距上次使用正常時間: 102,7/2 OS版本: Win7 U 平常作業內容: 文書、轉檔、資料庫 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): N 問題內容: 其實這些問題困擾有一陣子了，只是當時一直找不出問題點 1. 當時一購入就直接把內建的硬碟換成SSD 然後把 5400 rpm 的750G硬碟裝在光碟機的位置 在使用時，5400那顆硬碟時不時的會頓一下頓一下(可能幾十秒一次) 讀取會，不管文件資料遊戲都會，原本想說硬碟問題，可是怎麼測都是正常 玩遊戲也很痛苦，頓一下頓一下的(也是幾十秒甚至幾分鐘一次) 整個系統除灌過，HDD也格式化過，檢測壞軌也都良好 長久下來真的很惱怒阿... 2. 不知道是不是過熱的問題還是記憶體相衝 常常在轉檔轉到一半時，或者遊戲到一半，會有藍屏當機的現象 轉檔屢試不爽，本來想說散熱很差的關係，可是看藍屏的錯誤碼又不盡相同 很多次都不一樣，因為這問題換過軟體甚至驅動還有重灌也都無效 有想過是記憶體相衝，可是發生的情況，經驗告訴我又不系上記憶體?! 3. 再來就是溫度了，不知道大家的4755G溫度如何 目前是在文書處理，鍵盤都是偏溫熱的感覺 出風口溫度52度左右 以上三點就是我的問題了，好受不了想換掉QQ 可是新的又不便宜= = 麻煩大家解惑了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.165.177.32 ※ 編輯: wavel 來自: 1.165.177.32 (07/02 11:14)
