【陳俐妏／台北報導】宏達電(2498) hTC DNA暑期工讀計劃開跑，今年3-4月招募全球各大專院校學子，來台灣進行為期2個月實習計畫(7/1~8/31) 。宏達電人才資源副總經理劉筠棋表示，今年收到3500封履歷，錄取80名實習生，錄取率僅2.2%，將會到研發、業務與行銷、財務、法律和媒體公關各部門實習。
劉筠棋指出，宏達電去年開始進行hTC DNA計畫，去年為試辦招募63名實習生，今年踏出國際，全球招募80名，有20位同學來自海外頂尖大學，60位為台灣大專院校學生，預計明年會再擴大規模，未來也會考量將實習生留任為正職員工。
今年實習生有來自海內外，如紐約大學、北京大學經濟學院、台清交等35間學校，實習生中博士學歷有1名，碩士42人，大學生達37人，將會到申請的研發、業務行銷、財務、法律和媒體公關各部門，並在台北、台中和高雄等地實習，其中以申請業務行銷部門最搶手。暑期實習將會每個月給薪，也包括伙食津貼，高於業界水準。

如標題 我是5月底退伍的新鮮人 到目前公司上班有兩個星期了(這星期是第三個星期) 頭一星期都在上課,第二個星期跟著老闆剛放暑假的兒子工作 頂多就是甚麼都不會,很沮喪,想說這是第一份工作至少要撐1年 只是當初應徵的是測試工程師,沒想到還要負責接待客戶 今天因為一些軟體的問題沒法解決(老闆兒子無法解決,而我甚麼都不會) 讓客戶等很久,客戶整個很生氣 結果客戶直接跑去找老闆 下午就被協理警告說:下次不要這樣 他的意思是有問題就要找資深的工程師問 因為我一直被提醒說要多與其他工程師討論什麼的(可能是我問題太少了) 偏偏我就跟一個剛剛放暑假的大學生還是學商還是老闆的兒子工作 能學到的東西太少了,客戶問的問題幾乎都答不出來,感覺就是來這邊打工的 偏偏我是正職,我覺得這樣下去不是辦法,想離開公司 請問我該如何跟老闆說呢? 請問我這樣找下一份工作履歷要寫這次經歷嗎? 還是就當作根本沒有經驗的新鮮人找下一份工作 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.104.39.208 ※ 編輯: joy235x 來自: 59.104.39.208 (07/02 22:37) ※ 編輯: joy235x 來自: 59.104.39.208 (07/02 22:39)

【何哲欣／台北報導】北市印刷業者下午到親民黨立委陳怡潔辦公室陳情，巧遇也正要向陳怡潔說明兩岸服務貿易協議的陸委會王郁琦。業者因此轉向王郁琦陳情，質疑台灣的印刷業市場已經飽和，留在台灣的業者競爭很激烈，也難再到中國開發市場，現在卻又開放陸資來台投資，台灣僅剩的印刷業可能都遭併吞，希望服貿協議能排除印刷夜，「否則是逼大家去死」。
王郁琦說，陸資無法獨資來台投資，公司還是掌握在台灣業者手中，且政府幫大家爭取到可以到中國投資，若未來真的有業者遭受衝擊，政府也設置基金協助解決問題。與會的經濟部工業局民生工業組組長陳昭蓉說，服貿協議讓業者進可攻退可守，經濟部評估過，中國業者不太可能來台投資，反而是台灣業者可以到中國為台商服務，大家眼光應該要放高一點，要樂觀一點。
與會業者仍不滿意，要求政府應多說明。王郁琦允諾，會再多找機會與業者溝通、說明。

台北市一名洪姓男子6月29日上午被警方查獲酒駕並且拒絕酒測，事隔十小時之後，警方將他帶到醫院強制抽血檢測後，但都過了那麼久，血液中的酒精濃度早已被代謝，換算成呼氣值僅0.05，但警方仍依醫院提供的人體酒精代謝率推算，認定洪男清晨五點開車時酒精濃度超標，將他移送法辦，成全國首例。
酒駕大執法警政署曾推算一個70公斤民眾，喝三瓶罐裝啤酒就會超標0.15，但北市一名洪姓男子遭警方查獲時，供稱喝下一罐半的啤酒，就酒氣沖天。這名洪姓男子上個月29號清晨六點，被民眾報案說睡在小貨車裡面，警方到場後聞到濃濃酒味，認為他有酒駕，但拒測拖到下午五點，將他帶往醫院強制抽血換算成呼氣值僅0.05沒超標。
為了等檢方的抽血檢驗單和調閱監視器，洪姓男子過了10小時才抽血檢驗，警方依據醫院提供的人體酒精代謝率推算，檢驗血液濃度+(人體平均代謝值)X拖延幾小時=酒駕當時血液酒精濃度，洪姓男子下午五點血液濃度是10 mg/dl，套進公式中10+(10~40)X10小時，當時酒駕血液濃度就是110~250 mg/dl中間，再換算成呼氣值，就是0.55~1.25確認超標。
只是不管如何，這名男子當時只要拒測，依照最新的酒駕執法，本來就會被移送法院，而警方根據醫院人體酒精代謝率推算是全國首例，移送後是否起訴還得看檢察官是否同意這種「推算」方式。

【林錫淵／高雄報導】高市一名蔡姓藥頭（25歲），邀朋友幫國三陳姓少女（15歲）慶生，他們一行3男6女，其中4人未成年，周日凌晨到鳳山區一家釣蝦場附設KTV，唱歌吃宵夜，並在包廂內開慶生毒趴拉K。
高市刑大偵五隊獲報前往臨檢，進入包廂時說：「警察臨檢！把燈打開，身分證拿出來。」其中一名少女以為警察是蔡男安排好的制服趴橋段，向警方嗆聲「嘜亂啦！」「嘜擱假啊！」還準備丟酒杯，警方出言制止，9人才意識到是真的臨檢，警方在現場查獲K他命1包及K菸2支，全部帶回偵訊採尿後飭回。
